GREAT LOCATION! 5 minutes walk from the Mairie (Town hall roundabout), and only a further 2 to the Carrefour in town.
Private parking for 3 cars, 2 out front, 1 in the garage if necessary.
Large, secure garage with storage for +10 bikes and MTB workshop.
Entire chalet is yours, 5 large bedrooms spread over 2 floors, which can be configured as 2x singles per room, or 1x King double.
Upstairs renovated in 2019, with 4 large bedrooms, 2 shower/washrooms, with a separate WC. New beds and mattresses throughout, including the 5th bedroom on the ground floor, next to living area.
This 5th bedroom on the ground floor has its own shower room and separate WC next door.
Ground floor has a bright, airy kitchen which leads out onto the patio area and garden. Large dining room with large table and chairs seating 10 guests, also leads out to the patio. Lovely summer spot! Outdoor table and BBQ for the patio.
Separate living room with large sofa and large TV for those group or family nights in.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take your rubbish and recycling to the communal bins situated around town. Carrefour car park and the roundabout by the Pompiers are the closest.
The chalet must be left tidy and generally clean with the washing up done. A cleaning team will be in to mop, clean, and remove the bed linen and towels.
If the chalet is left in a really filthy state, extra cleaning charges will apply. However, we will be very reasonable about this.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property in great location with good bike storage. Chalet has loads of space, was perfect for our group. Inside could do with bit of updating. new build has been constructed behind the chalet (not in photos) but it is not an issue at all.

Our 2nd year staying here for a MTB break in July.We all enjoy having our own room, rather than cramming into an apartment, and this chalet works really well for us. If we do Morzine again next year we'll be looking to book again.the location is great despite the rather steep climb back up from town after a few beers! The bike store, now even more secure, is perfect and provide somewhere to carry out any maintenance if needed.Kitchen is well equipped.
