This 2005 constructed, simple, warm, clean home is located near the center of East Hampton Village. 1.5 miles to LIRR station, 2 lots north of Nick & Toni's, and 1.5 miles from the nearest Atlantic beach! Set back 150 yards from North Main street, you find yourself on a tranquil flag lot, surrounded by trees, and a horse pasture. The house has central heat & air, washer & dryer, dishwasher, modern audio, WiFi, and simple & custom furniture. A cozy wood oven, backyard furniture, beach cruisers, and fire pit! Perfect for families. Pets are welcome. Bedroom #3 is convertible to a Nursery with crib, or additional bedroom.

We are creative souls, new parents, and art, music, media, golf, and culture fans. Our house is our soul house that we recently purchased as an escape from busy work lives.

Why they chose this property

We looked at many properties in the area, and many were fine, but this home was unique. It is set back from everything on a flag lot, and out our front door is a beautiful field, and horse pasture. It was a hidden gem, and while other properties were fine, we found this one soulful. It's simple, clean, newer construction, and not as dated as other properties we saw.

What makes this property unique

Proximity to everything the Hamptons has to offer, plus the Village shopping, markets, farm stands is great! We get everywhere fast, and rarely have to deal with the traffic on 27. So much to explore in the area.
