Pheonix is great and right on the beach

We have a lovely stay in a 3 bed 2 bath suite. Perfect view of the ocean, nice pool and hot tub, and the weather turned out better than expected.

Kim, thank you for your honest feedback. We’re very sorry that the condo felt outdated and not as clean or functional as it should have been, and for the issues with the TVs, outlets, and linens. Your comments have been shared with housekeeping, maintenance, and the owner so the unit can be evaluated for updates and so our cleaning and inspection standards are reinforced.

Nice 3 day weekend

Overall the stay was good, easy to get food across the street if your not looking to go far or have small kids, pool is ok kind of small but great access to the beach and chair rentals.
