Beautiful chalet

A beautiful, clean chalet, half an hour's walk10 minutes by car from the center of Chamonix. There is a restaurant and café right behind it. It has two floors: the ground floor has a room, a living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower, and a living room that opens onto a beautiful balcony. The staircase leading to the upper floor is narrow and circular, so it is of course tiring for the elderly.

Fourth year in Les Praz

This was our fourth year staying in Les Praz. It's a fantastic area - easy walk into Chamonix, on the bus line to the Grands Montet, home of the Le Petit Sociale ( a must visit), and L'Epicerie ( morning croissants, evening baguettes). Chamonix Homes was great about communication. The rental is well-equipped and has great views. The beds were extremely comfortable.

amazing stay!

The condo was perfect! We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Everything was just like it was listed. We could see Mont Blanc from several places in the condo. The neighborhood was great - there was a wonderful small grocery store right down the street and a bar across the street. It was in a quiet part of Chamonix which was nice. I would highly recommend!

Marxh ski trip

I couldnt rate this property more highly. Great location and well equipped. Shuttle bus stop just outside property, with a bakery, restaurants and a nice bar also only a couple minutes walk away. Flegere ski lift is only 5 mins walk away. Property has everything you could ask for. Thank you

A really nice house

We liked the kitchen, the bedroom and the living area. Great for a bigger family or a group of friends. We didn’t miss anything during our visit. The walk to Chamonix, next to the river, was almost magical because of all the snow. We didn’t use the terrace but that must be a nice place in spring or summer. We recommend this house. Nothing.

Great place to stay

We (a family of six) spent a week at Maison de Praz. The property is well maintained, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and for us as a family, the downstairs open space worked very well. Location was tranquil and we could walk to the ski lifts and the bus stop. It's located in the little Praz village which was very cute. Highlights included the Epicerie with freshly baked organic bread, local ski shop was good and staff friendly and the after ski bar/cafe next to it great! Great and easy family stay! Recommended!

Stay at maison des praz chamonix

Flat ok. Lack of kitchen equipment. Very basic ( coffee machine, food mixer not working, ..) no big bowl for salad…Guests from next door hotel considering the patch of ground outside our terrace as a pets’ toilet…….Not very pleasant when staying with toddlers who would like to play in the snow….

Un super lieu

A 250 mètres du téléphérique de la Flegere. Au cœur du village des Praz avec son loueur de skis et de l’épicerie aux pains délicieux. Nous avons eu de la chance avec la météo et aurons passé un formidable séjour

a great holiday in Chamonix

great accommodation next to Flegere gondola. We were a group of 7 and we really enjoyed the place: it is well equipped with all amenities and very cozy. Bob is a great host and helped us with all our questions and needs . We recommend the place and we would really enjoy to comeback .
