DETAILS:
Welcome to 369 Spartina Circle! This modern luxury living is located just steps away from the pool and park at Camp WaterColor, a perfect spot for families to come together and relax. With its professional designer interiors and ideal location, this home creates an inviting space for your best vacation experience yet!

The spacious floor plan features a large living room for relaxing and enjoying your family. The full kitchen features custom finishes, stainless steel appliances, and large dining area for everyone to enjoy a family meal together. The first floor also features a large master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Located down the hall, the kids will enjoy the built in bunk beds which sleep a total of three in twin beds.

Walk up the custom finished staircase to find a second living space that overlooks the first floor living area and also has access to a large balcony. The second floor also features king and queen suites across the hall from each other sleeping a total of four upstairs.

The designer touches continue outside as you enjoy the tranquility of WaterColor from any of the porches of this wonderful home. You can curl and and read on the front porch after a long day at the beach, or relax and unwind on the back porch while watching the kids play in the park. 369 Spartina Circle is truly an unique home for a WaterColor vacation to remember!

Beautiful Home

As always, every time we stay in Watercolor it does not disappoint. The house was perfect for our group, from its layout to the proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a smaller house.

Great stay in Watercolor

We really enjoyed the house! The bunk room was great for my daughters. Well stocked kitchen. Nice porches. Location was great for camp watercolor and easy access to Publix. With the house came with a few kids bikes too.

Great WaterColor experience

We had a great visit to WaterColor. The property is great - outdoor spaces are awesome and abundant. We had a hiccup with our frig, but fortunately there was a 2nd frig on the screened in porch, so we had a backup option. A few minor property issues were addressed very promptly and courteously and the overall communication from Sanders was great. The location - right on the trail and very near Camp WaterColor - was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great time at Watercolor and this house. Only wish we could have extended the stay longer. Loved the location and playing volleyball in the grass field close by. We were trying to go to pools with less people, so unfortunately, we do not go to the largest pool close by, which was always pretty crowded. With so many pools on the property, we were always able to find one that allowed us to safely social distance. As always, LOVED all the trails for running and bike riding!

Perfect in EVERY way!

Our family of four had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated house! It had such an open feel with a view of the park just behind the porch on the back of the house. We rode the bikes everyday to the pool, beach and restaurants. The weather was perfect too!

I Do It For My Grandchildren

Area is great but access to the beach required transportation with little children. House was okay but nothing special. I can live with the mechanical failures. Entire area is quite pricey and the fees are outrageous.

Some suggestions

This house worked out perfect for us. I loved the location on Spartina Circle as it was away from the noise and practically no traffic. You just didn't hear any cars. It may seem like an unusual comment but the shower was particularly outstanding. High pressure and hot water. Just a couple of suggestions. First, there should be hand towels in the master bath. What we had were bath towels and large washcloths but no hand towels. My wife is a decorator and this is the sort of thing she notices -- but I did, too. Second, the stopper in the toilet reservoir in the master bath leaks. This results in frequent "whooshes" of water as the tank refills -- a little at a time but frequent. For a light sleeper, this is a problem. It would not be much to fix so I would suggest putting your maintenance people on it. Nothing else to comment on for now -- we plan to return, for sure.

Awesome house!

Our family had a great visit to Watercolor in this house. The decor is super comfy and inviting. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the bunks. We had fun riding the bikes and adding a carrier for our little guy was easy and reasonable through the rental company. This location was fun because of the playing field and walkability to the Camp Warercolor pool/playground. Only thing that would have made the visit more fun/convenient would be if the house had come with a golf cart.
