The villa is fully and elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, barbecue, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, HD colour TV in the living room, complete outdoor furnishings, and free Wi-Fi.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, there is a 49-square-meter patio filled with plants, a 35-square-meter veranda, and a 100-square-meter garden. Both the patio and the veranda are furnished with tables, chairs, and armchairs. The veranda overlooks the pine forest with a breathtaking view of the sunsets over the Gulf of Arzachena.
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented locally.

How to get there:
- For those arriving by plane (Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport) or by boat (Olbia or Golfo Aranci): take the bus to Baja Sardinia (the stop is 100 metres from the Villa).
- For those arriving by boat with a car: exit the port and head towards Costa Smeralda. Continue on the elevated highway towards Arzachena / Palau / Costa Smeralda. At the roundabout, turn right towards Porto Rotondo / Porto Cervo; at the crossroads for Porto Rotondo, continue straight towards Porto Cervo / Costa Smeralda. At the Portisco crossroads, do not turn towards Porto Cervo; instead, head towards San Pantaleo. Pass through the centre of San Pantaleo, and at the next crossroads, turn left towards Arzachena. After about 1 km, turn right towards Baja Sardinia and continue straight, following the signs.
- For those arriving without a car, you can rent a car from agencies near the port or take a taxi to your destination.

bellissima estate, bellissima casa

La bellissima estate trascorsa a Baja Sardinia è iniziata benissimo scoprendo che la casa, che avevamo scelto, è esattamente come descritta, veramente accogliente e piena di comodità, pulita ordinata, confortevole. I proprietari due persone splendide che hanno pensato e curato ogni minimo particolare per far si che l'ospite sia a suo agio, tutti gli elettrodomestici sono in piena efficienza, un volume curato dal proprietario vi descrive l'utilizzo degli elettrodomestici, il wifi, il telefono, l'uso delle bombole di gas, la gestione dei rifiuti e tanto altro ancora la casa è in una posizione strategica con tutti i servizi ed esercizi commerciali possibili e la pineta circostante la rende molto fresca. La consiglio sicuramente e se torno in Sardegna spero di poter riutilizzare questa bellissima casa, sappiate inoltre che troverete anche una brace per i vs barbecue, ombrellone, sedie e lettini per la spiaggia vicinissima alla casa.

Il Gruppo degli Ospiti che hanno occupato la mia casa a Baja Sardinia nella seconda quindicina del mese di Agosto, sono stati "Ospiti esemplari": rapidi nella prenotazione, puntuali nel pagamento e nel rispetto del check-in e check-out e hanno lasciato la casa ordinata e pulita come se fosse la loro casa. Essendo distante dalla Casa ho tenuto, con gli Ospiti, solo contatti telefonici per dare loro il massimo della assistenza possibile, nel caso ne avessero necessità, e ne ho tratto una impressione favorevole : simpatici e gentli. Avrei piacere di ospitarli di nuovo e li consiglio come Ospiti.
