The home has undergone numerous updates over time, though we understand opinions on the extent of remodeling can vary. We appreciate your comments regarding the grill and microwave. When the microwave stopped working, we immediately ordered a replacement, but unfortunately we were unable to have it delivered before your departure. We apologize for that inconvenience. We also regret that you felt our customer service fell short. Our goal is always to respond promptly and resolve issues whenever possible, and we take all guest feedback seriously. Your comments have been shared with our team as we continue to improve both the property and the guest experience.

The back door handle has since been repaired, and the toaster oven has been replaced. The home is equipped with two full-size dishwashers, and while one required service, we understand how disappointing that was during your stay.
