A cozy and modern apartment in Florence by Mmega

Thank you for your lovely review, it was a pleasure hosting you!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that the apartment worked well for your family and gave you a comfortable place to relax between exploring Florence. It’s wonderful to know that the two bedrooms and sofa sleeper were convenient and that you enjoyed some family downtime and movie nights during your stay. We’re sorry to hear that the mattresses were not as comfortable as you would have liked. We appreciate you mentioning this, and we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we review the apartment’s furnishings. Most importantly, we’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. Thank you for choosing our property, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming your family back to Florence in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the apartment’s central location, cleanliness, smooth check-in and check-out, and Vladimir’s assistance throughout your stay. We are sorry, however, that the mattresses did not meet your expectations and affected your comfort. We take our guests’ feedback seriously and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we evaluate ways to improve the sleeping experience. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Thank you for your feedback!

We strongly disagree with the accusation that this was a scam. Our office closes at 7:00 PM, which is why we were unable to respond until we had read your message. Furthermore, check-in arrangements were to be coordinated directly with the concierge, not with our office. The correct check-in procedure is important to ensure a smooth arrival, and we regret that there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding these arrangements. We take our responsibilities seriously and strive to provide all our guests with clear instructions and professional assistance.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and shopping. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the nighttime noise from the nearby bar, over which unfortunately we do not have power. As you mentioned, the bedrooms are positioned toward the back of the apartment to help minimize sound, but we understand it may affect guests sleeping in the living area. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d be happy to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the apartment clean, well located, and that you appreciated the living room space and the building overall. We’re sorry for the slight miscommunication at check-in that resulted in the cleaner still being present upon your arrival. While it was quickly resolved, we understand it’s not the ideal way to begin a stay, and we’ll work on improving coordination to avoid this in the future. Thank you again for your stay and your helpful feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thanks for your feedback and for highlighting the location. We appreciate your comments on the apartment as well. The bathroom space, bed comfort, and pillows are noted and will be reviewed for improvements. The tourist tax is communicated before booking and also sent again by us in the chat as a reminder, to ensure full transparency. It is a mandatory local tax requested by the government.

Hello Nicole, it was a pleasure to host you!! Thank you for the great review, we appreciate it!
