This is a wonderful apartment close to everything in Florence. 2 amazing sandwich shops right around the corner. We would stay here again.

The apartment was basic, but clean and comfortable and good for the price. The location was excellent, near the historic center of the city. My only real complaint is that for a party of six adults, we were only supplied with one key to the apartment, which became very inconvenient when we split up to go our separate ways. None of us could return to the apartment until the person with the key did. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Property was in a great location. Handover could have been better as we spent 30 minutes looking around for cutlery. A run down on washing machine/dryer would have been beneficial as would have been the inclusion of a toaster and tea towel. Did not find mattresses or pillows comfortable as both were on the thin side.

What an amazing spot! Right in the heart of Florence, hop skip and jump from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Clean, spacious, cold AC, beds so comfortable and super quiet at night, they even had an espresso maker! The washing machine and heated drying rack were so easy to use and effective. Right out the door the famous All’Antica focaccia paninis! We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Excellent location (2 minute walk to the Uffizi and lots of restaurants nearby), easy check in, good communication via WhatsApp. AC was great during the heatwave in August!The door to courtyard could not be locked - there didn’t seem to be any other doors leading to the courtyard from other units, so maybe not an issue; could consider adding a deadbolt to this door. Overall a very nice place and would stay here again.

Great location and property was very clean. Our only issue was the 18 stairs leading up to the first floor apartment. We were not prepared for the stairs and bringing up luggage was difficult.

Pros: very good location, close to all major tourist spots, many restaurants nearby, spacious apartment for comfortable space for 6 peopleCons: poor communication with host and check in concierge Boris, do not respond quickly, and requested that we take out the trash one block away from the apartment, even though we only had one trash bag and already paid cleaning fee, also toilet in one bedroom was old style and splashed water everywhere everytime we flushed, very small shower space

This property is a wonderful location for seeing the city center. It is close to historical, shopping, and instagram sites making it easy to navigate. Based on the location I was pleasantly surprised with the quietness. On-site parking is not available and driving in the area is restricted to taxis. It was easy to get a taxi to take us to the property but we struggled with getting one to pick us up from the property. Plan ahead if you don’t want to drag your suitcases along the cobblestone to the nearest taxi stand.The beds were comfortable and the washer made it convenient to do laundry although it did not have dryer we were able to use the drying racks. My only disappointment was the cost of the “crib” which is a pack-and-play and our 10 month old did not like. We had a great stay and would go back in the future.

Loved everything about this apartment in Firenze. The beds were comfy, the entire space was clean, and the location was perfect. I’d stay here again, and I highly recommend it for 3-6 people. Easy check in and check out and the swipe card made access so much easier.
