What an amazing spot! Right in the heart of Florence, hop skip and jump from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Clean, spacious, cold AC, beds so comfortable and super quiet at night, they even had an espresso maker! The washing machine and heated drying rack were so easy to use and effective. Right out the door the famous All’Antica focaccia paninis! We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Great location and property was very clean. Our only issue was the 18 stairs leading up to the first floor apartment. We were not prepared for the stairs and bringing up luggage was difficult.

Excellent location (2 minute walk to the Uffizi and lots of restaurants nearby), easy check in, good communication via WhatsApp. AC was great during the heatwave in August!The door to courtyard could not be locked - there didn’t seem to be any other doors leading to the courtyard from other units, so maybe not an issue; could consider adding a deadbolt to this door. Overall a very nice place and would stay here again.

Everything was great… location was perfect. Accommodations were comfortable and the AC was sufficient during the recent heatwave! The only “negative” was that, for five adults (two couples and their mom) we received only one set of keys. This became problematic when we went separate ways or when an emergency happened (had to take a child to the hospital). It was inconvenient to have to work around when the key holders could be at the apartment or meet someplace.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located by restaurants and the sites we wanted to visited. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to our visit and during the stay. Guests should know there is no lift so they need to be able to carry their luggage up two flights to the apartment. I recommend this apartment to others visiting Florence.

This property was clean and well-maintained. It was close to many attractions in Florence, especially the Uffizi Gallery, the river, and the Duomo. It was one a narrow, one-block long street, which was very quiet. The beds were comfortable, though they only made up with sheets. It took some experimenting to get the A/C units set right. The kitchen was fine, though a bread or other serrated knife would be helpful.
