1400 sq ft of living space. The Villa is located in a nicely wooded area; that contains a pool and a pond with a fountain. It has 2 patios: to relax and enjoy the view. The upstairs patio can be accessed by both bedrooms so you can sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The property is located near Coligny Plaza and beach; and is a 3 minute drive to Sea Pines gate where you can shop, dine or simply relax on the beach. The beach is a short walk or bike ride from the Villa. The Villa has cable, Apple TV and internet and is stocked with the comforts of home.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in Hilton Head (again!) the location is perfect, just a short bike or walk to the beach, coligny and restaurants.The condo is as expected and contains everything you need for your stay- highly recommend!

Nice condo although difficult to find because home numbers only visible when we got almost to the door and owner said that there was an anchor on the door and there wasn’t. Weather was cool but got in 2 walks on the beach everyday. Couldn’t get the downstairs television to work all week. It would have been nice to have some instructions on operating the TV. Several remotes some didn’t seem to work.

Best home away from home

Clean, well stocked with everything beach and child including beach toys, indoor games, baby gates. Beautiful home with beautiful furniture. Property owner was wonderful. We stayed with our two daughters under 12 and dogs and had the best time.

Had a good time here. Great location, easy to bike everywhere from this location and easy walk to many things as well. Treetops is nice housing complex and grounds. Easy check in and check out and place has everything you need.

Great place to stay. We had our infant son with us. The condo had everything that the adults needed and plenty of room for the plethora of stuff we brought for him. We had so much fun and walked to the beach every day!

Quiet spot in a wooded area.

The location was very nice. Short walk or drive to everything we needed (early morning walks on the beach plus a great dog park on the Island). Easy access to pool via a path right off the patio. Plenty of room for me and the dog.

Perfect family beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for families or couples. Can’t beat the location with an easy 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to the beach and close proximity to coligny. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Annette was easy to work with and responsive. We will be back next year!

Great 1st floor end unit and will definitely be rebooking for our next stay

I booked this unit for my Boyfriends birthday week. We both had to work while there, but the kitchen table was plenty big for our computers. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the location is so convenient to shops and restaurant's. It is also very dog friendly which we loved. Annett was an amazing host and we will be booking again !!

Nice pandemic break!

Wife and I had a great two weeks. Easy walk to the beach, and lots of nice bike paths available. Owner Annette was responsive in helping me figure out the various TV remotes (I had typical old fart challenges).

Since feedback is very important speaking to the renter and addressing her concerns was important to me. All her concerns had already been addressed or were already in the process of being repaired as l was able to get into the property once the renter vacated; all very minor and property is in great shape! The condo was nice wish that we had known that the beds were upstairs. I was too much postop for a total knee made it quite difficult to get up and down very difficult to find one much of of a view from any of the balconies, but overall, it was a nice place to say.
