It has a w/d for your convenience and pay laundry room in outside hall by elevators. The oceanfront master w/ its own balcony w/ a new king bed and the 2nd bdrm has 2 full beds. Exactly what you want in a beach place

HPS penthouse is exactly what I wanted in a beach place. Short walk to the beach, pool, near restaurants. PH7 has two beach facing balconies. Cindy was easy to work with. Would stay again.

If i could gi e it 6 stars i would.

Everything about this place was perfect from communication with the owner, location, the condo is homey, clean, fully stocked, and the beds were the so comfy we didnt want to leave. And most of all the view from both balconies was spectacular. I just cant say enough about it. Cant wait to stay there again.

A great last minute trip and place to stay! Condo is spacious with a great view from both balconies! Beds are more than comfortable! Cindy was wonderful from the start! Very accommodating and communicative. She even left us homegrown tomatoes from her garden! (They were delicious btw) Highly recommend this PH rental!

Great Location!

Overall a great experience at HPS, the building is older, we enjoyed less touristy friendly neighbors and the pool was large and wonderful! Balcony was shady and view of beach beautiful. Overall the condo was older, many things falling apart such as baseboards, cabinets and furniture. Cleanliness could have been better, especially bathrooms, linens smelled fresh. Communication with owner was great !

Wonderful host- great location

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Ocean Point. We had rented at Ocean Point last year for several days and had a great time so we were thrilled to be able to book a penthouse condo for a week this year. The views were awesome and we really took advantage of both balconies. They were very private and quiet since we were on the top floors. Cindy was an awesome host. She always responded promptly. She was much more flexible than past hosts I rented from. Both of my kids are under 6 and enjoyed sliding the closet doors in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, one of the doors popped off of its track. When I informed her, her immediate question was if everyone was ok. She told me not to worry about it and offered to send someone to fix it right away. We decided to have it fixed after we left since most likely my kids would do it again. We also had some issues with our parking spot/parking passes but Cindy was able to help us navigate those issues. We hope to spend future vacations in Cindy's condo.

Great Beachfront Condo

This condo was really nice, in a great location, two story penthouse, close to necessary stores (groceries, restaurants, etc.). This condo is dated, so does not have all the modern amenities. And if you like the pool, it gets shady around noon. Cindy, the owner, was fantastic and always answered my texts promptly. The air conditioner broke, and she had it replaced the next day. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week with 5 friends during beach week. The property did not disappoint. Looked just like the pictures and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own freedom. Cindy, the owner was wonderful ! The unit was clean, the pool was excellent, great beach access. However, the building is tired, the water pressure for anyone with hair is non-existent and the u it had wall ac units which are loud.

Excellent Condo in a Great Location

Cindy set the stage for a wonderful vacation at her property. She was an excellent communicator, quick to respond, and very kind. Despite the building being an older property, the condo has updated decor, updated mattresses, and everything you could need to spend a wonderful week at the ocean. We had 4 adults and 2 children (3.5 & 4.5) and having the 2-1/2 bathrooms, two bedrooms, two separate floors, and two separate balconies was very helpful. The assigned parking in shade was amazingly helpful, the pool was a wonderful way to cool off without as much effort as the beach, and the location was perfect. We would definitely rent from Cindy again! Thank you so much!
