Great location, close to beach

The apartment is comfortable, if a little dated. It had everything we needed, was perfectly located, and was completely adequate for my month-long stay. It might be a bit crowded for 5, the balcony only seats 2, but it had a certain charm.

Great stay in this appartement. Only a few steps to the sandy beach with rentable umbrellas. Bar right at other sise of street. Quiet stay-Joana has been very responsive and of help.

Nicht wie erwartet

Kommunikation im Voraus über die App war schwierig, da immer sehr spät geantwortet wurde und die Antworten dazu noch unvollständig waren. Ich habe vier mal nach einer Waschmaschine gefragt, da sie auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen war und habe darauf keine Antwort erhalten. Es wurde dann mit der Vermieterin vereinbart, dass wir auf 14 Uhr zum Check-In kommen. So wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht, da ab dieser Uhrzeit der Check-In möglich ist. Zwei Mal wurde ihr mitgeteilt, dass wir um 14 Uhr dort sein werden. Als wir dann dort waren, lag der Schlüssel nicht am vereinbarten Ort. Nachdem wir die Vermieterin anriefen, teilte sie uns mit, dass noch nicht gereinigt wurde und wir noch nicht rein können. Wir mussten zwei Stunden warten, bis die Wohnung fertig war. Sie hätte uns zumindest vorab Bescheid geben können, dass es später wird, da wir mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs waren. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. In den zwei Bädern haben leider auch die Abflüsse gestunken. Der Geruch ging nur weg, wenn man lang Wasser laufen hat. Allgemein roch die Wohnung muffig.

Nettes Appartement etwas veraltet

Insgesamt tolles Appartement. Super mit 2 Duschbädern und der Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick Teilweise aber veraltet: Küche ohne Spülmaschine, Spüle leckte, Wasserkocher defekt TV auch nicht voll funktionstüchtig Vermieterin hat sich zunächst auf keine Mail gemeldet

Super séjour, emplacement idéal

L’appartement est situé dans une partie calme de l’île, au nord est. La crique à moins de 100m à pied de l’appartement est superbe ! L’appartement est très propre, spacieux, fonctionnel, bonnes literies. Parking gratuit juste à côté et places libres dans la rue (gratuit également). Bref, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
