Great Christmas and New Year break

Hadn’t stayed in Benal Beach for a few years, but this apartment was perfect. Great value for money and it had everything we needed for a relaxing two week break. Modern and clean in a convenient location within Benal Beach (it can be very confusing navigating around this huge complex). Very prompt response from host if we needed to ask anything. Checking in and picking up the keys easy and very straightforward.

Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions we could not connect to WiFi and they quickly sent maintenance guy up to sort it . I did think for the price we paid for the appartment that WiFi would have been included in the price. Appartment was clean and tidy only thing i would say is to check the throw on the sofa more often . Plenty towels plenty hot water location is central for everything extra set of keys came in very handy for family . Pool views are amazing great sitting on the balcony early morning/late night

Benal Beach Vacation

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this apartment. I just have a few suggestions to improve the experience. A little more glassware in the cupboard because sometimes vacationers have visitors (wine glasses). A little better job of vacuuming in the bedroom was required before we checked in....very dusty. Other than that, everything you need and a great location for a nice vacation.

Family Holiday

Our flight was delayed getting to Spain but there was plenty of staff still around when we arrived at Benal Beach very friendly staff with good English. Our room was on the 7th floor very clean and Modernised recently. We had two balconies with great views of the pool and the mountains. The air was great too. We needed to get in contact with the person we rented the apartment of to get the Wi-Fi code and we asked could we stay in the apartment a few extra hours as our flight was that night when departing and he said yes he was very quick and always helpful when answering my emails when I was in Spain. I would recommend this

La zona muy buena, el apartamento no demasiado limpio, menaje insuficiente para 5 personas, deberían de renovar algún electrodoméstico igual que la tabla de planchar que está en muy malas condiciones, comentarios para poder mejorar las estancias nos entregaron las pulseras de la piscina una con el cierre roto y las otras sin anilla de seguridad, al primer baño una de mis hijas la perdió en el agua y tuvimos que comprar una nueva, hay detalles que marcan la diferencia

Fenomenal

La verdad es que muy contentos. Nuestra llegada se retrasó unos 20 minutos sobre la hora acordada. Avisamos a la propiedad y no puso ningún problema, nos estaba recibiendo con una gran sonrisa. Una señora encantadora. Surgió un pequeño inconveniente con el wifi e inmediatamente nos resolvió el problema, sobre la marcha. Un diez en amabilidad y comunicación. En cuanto al apartamento, destacar la limpieza, estaba impoluto. Las camas muy cómodas, sábanas de un blanco inmaculado, suaves y planchaditas, terraza con vistas a las piscinas y a la montaña... Lo único que podría comentar como aporte constructivo es que platos y vasos harían falta. Por lo demás muy bien equipado: plancha, secador de pelo, hervidor de agua, cafetera, tostadora... En cuanto al complejo: bonitos jardines, tienda, zona de ocio, cafetería y como no, unas piscinas estupendas. Personalmente no vimos en el césped de alrededor de ellas restos de basura como leí en alguna reseña, solo algo puntual. Los apartamentos tienen además un acceso directo al paseo de la playa también. La parte negativa, el tema aparcamiento. El parking que tiene el complejo es absolutamente insuficiente para la cantidad de apartamentos que hay y en las inmediaciones tampoco es nada fácil encontrar un sitio. Si bien es cierto que para playa, piscina y restaurantes no es necesario moverlo porque está todo al lado, si se quiere visitar sitios donde no puedas ir a pie es para pensárselo. Por otro lado hay tanto parada de taxis como de autobuses en la puerta.

Super vacances!

Appartement confortable, dans une résidence avec piscine (2 balcons vue piscine et montagnes) et supérette. Plage à quelques pas et très beau parc juste en face de la résidence.

Meget centralt beliggende. Dejlig ren lejlighed. Vi var 3 voksne og der var hvad vi havde brug for. Poolområdet er super lækkert og stranden ligger dejligt tæt på. Det bedste var James’ imødekommenhed da vi ankom og hurtig respons da bruseren var i stykker. Vi takker for en god uge
