Villa Pletessa Nova - Excellent private location close to Cala d'Or

This fabulous four-bedroom family villa surrounded by the countryside of S’horta just on the outskirts of Cala dor really is the perfect choice for a family holiday, with its excellent private location yet just a short drive from all the wonderful amenities Cala dor has to offer.

The owners take great pride in this traditional family home recently renovated by their children.

Outdoor living is the key here, we're sure you’ll struggle to tear yourselves away from the fantastic ten-metre pool with a separate jacuzzi, surrounded by a fabulous lawn - really great for the little ones to play. The barbecue area which looks over the pool is a great choice for a spot of al fresco dining. As you walk into the house you are led into the large living/dining room which leads out onto the terrace and pool area. The large traditional kitchen with an island is a great area for prepping all your favourite food for that perfect barbecue.

All the rooms in the house are very spacious including the bedrooms.On the ground floor you’ll find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed with integrated bathroom,bath and shower. It also has access to a terrace with panoramic views of the country and the coast.
