We are located in South Venice and WALKING DISTANCE to grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants.
You will be within 10 minutes of many beaches: Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach (a lot shark tooth), Manasota Beach and for your furry friend the specially designed Brohard Paw Park Beach. It is also just few minute drive to world famous Sharky's Pier and Venice Jetty know for its great fishing and beautiful sunsets!!!

We are 25 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs Park which is known for it's 87 degree water and high mineral content. You might also enjoy Sharky's Restaurant with beautiful view , Lemon Bay Park, Legacy Trails, and Downtown Venice, Siesta Key#1 Beach (only 25 min drive) in Sarasota!!!

SITUATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD, THE HOME IS LOCATED A SHORT DISTANCE FROM SEVERAL ATTRACTIONS INCLUDING A BEAUTIFUL BEACH, SHOPPING, CAFES AND MARKETS, GOLF COURSE AND PARK.

THE HOME COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 7-8 PEOPLE. IT OFFERS A MASTER BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND ADJOINING BATHROOM AND EXTRA BUNK BED FOR CHILDREN. SECOND BEDROOM INCLUDES KING BED AND THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS SOFA QUEEN SIZE.

This is a great home with a nice outdoor space and minutes to the beach. Communication from the hosts was excellent. Convenient to have beach chairs, bikes and other amenities to make your stay more convenient.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved having their own pool vs a community pool. They supplied everything needed and then some, which was great since we flew in. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.

Amazing Place to Stay!

This house was beautiful! It was very clean, stocked with lots of towels, beach toys & chairs, kitchen appliances/pots & pans, etc. The outdoor area was relaxing and the pool was great! It is close to the beach and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Canopy road…just lovely

We had a great time at this house. Not too far from the beaches, grocery stores or farmers market. The pool at night is a really treat and the neighbors are charming and friendly.

Family of four getaway

We had a great week! Lots of beach time, shark tooth hunting and afternoon pool time. The home was exactly as it was listed: clean and well stocked- beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc. Communication with the host was easy and efficient through the VRBO app. This was not our first time in the area so we knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We will be back!

Wonderful house

This is a very beautiful house. Very updated, spacious and close to the beach. The pool was awesome. My kids loved it (even more than the beach). Overall very happy and would definitely rent again should we head down to Venice in the future.

This property, its owners and neighbors exceeded our expectations. The house looks exactly like the photos, beautiful, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor living space was relaxing and very private. The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and shark tooth hunting accessories were a plus, as well as the bikes. The house is 2 blocks from the Venetian Waterway Trail, 3 miles from the nearest beach and has an abundance of stores and restaurants close by. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

Great place to stay!

The house is wonderful - clean, has all of the amenities, easy to check in and out, property owners are friendly and responsive. The family used the pool a lot! We also had fun trying our luck for shark teeth with the beach tools kindly provided! Had a wonderful, relaxing time!
