Great stay! Property clean with well appointed kitchen. Close to Zion however, word to the wise, Zion was VERY busy. We made 3 attempts and could not get in due to parking issues throughout Springate. So disappointing. Did go to East entrance and were able to see a small area of Zion which was beautiful.

Traveling with friends, renting this house offered us the advantage of staying together, instead of, at best, adjacent hotel rooms with no kitchen or common area to share. We could hang out together in the house, cooking together in a full kitchen, doing our laundry, and watching TV together as we chilled in the evenings. The house is only half an hour from Zion, two hours from Bryce, so is very convenient,

We were only there for 2 nights and we did not do any cooking or laundry but the facilities looked like they were stocked well. There were a few spots on the floors and in the showers but overall it was a good stay. The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay and when we met the host he was pleasant and accommodating.

Wonderful Base for Zion

Really enjoyed our stay, nice neighborhood, house was extra well stocked with things like toothbrushes and paper plates/utensils for our trail days.

Great location and house!

We enjoyed staying here and it's proximity to Zion NP! Very clean and walkable to the restaurant downtown. Communication was excellent and a quiet neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again!
