What a lovely apartment! Very clean, thoughtful touches, fun decor and a very attentive host! We walked everywhere and host shared great advice on restaurants and even a small town in Tuscany to visit. Perfect for our 5 days in Florence!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence! The apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a fantastic location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Nicola was a very responsive and helpful host, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This place was very convenient to walk to the places we wanted to see in beautiful Florence. The host met us on our arrival to let us in. He was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure!

This is a fantastic apartment. Very clean, modern, full of light, and spacious. The host, Nicola, communicated clearly through the process and also provided many helpful recommendations. The neighborhood is perfect - within walking distance of everything but outside the busy city center, so a bit quieter and relaxed. Yet many excellent restaurants, bars, and bakeries nearby if you choose to stay nearby. Overall highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Florence.

Our stay was very nice , the location was perfect . Lots of cool local restaurants and coffee shops . Easy walk to the Historic center . Easy check in and checkout . The kitchen is beautiful :) We had a lovely 10 day stay . I would recommend staying here

Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way! Nicola is a genuinely kind and thoughtful host and was always available with recommendations, even arranged a taxi for our departure. We walked everywhere, everyday and appreciated "coming home" to the neighborhood. We enjoyed some of our best meals and Gelato within blocks of the apartment. The local grocery store is perfect for picking up basics. The apartment is absolutely wonderful, so comfortable and tastefully decorated. Natural sunlight, the balcony - very special for early morning coffee and late afternoon wine! We highly recommend this property. Florence stole our hearts and I know having a beautiful apartment to begin and end the day was a big part of that experience. Thank you Nicola!

What a great find! Apartment impressed more than the advertisement with everything you could need for a short stay. Location was fantastic and within easy reach of all amenities and tourist attractions. Nicola, the host, could not do enough to help ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We would do it all again!

Everything as described and better. Great local location away from tourist crowds - 20 min by foot to central attractions which was needed to walk off all the great food! Or hop on the bus literally outside the building ( pay by tapping your credit card do not bother with any apps they often don’t work after you load money on it). The host was gracious and had great recommendations and even booked for us. Grocery store 7 min away. Bed - memory foam mattress which worked well for me, ie not too soft.Lots of good local places to eat.

Had a lovely time in Florence staying in San Frediano! The neighborhood was perfect… Very authentic and far enough from the hustle and bustle she feel like we were living in a local neighborhood. Get close enough to be able to walk everywhere! Nicola was very helpful and was always available for any questions that we had. He met us a check-in and brought us up to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Thank you so much!

Nicola was a superb host. He arranged taxi service, parking and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was immaculate and well decorated. This apartment is a gem- beautifully designed and decorated with lots of space and great amenities. The unexpected best part is that it is in the authentic, artsy, Oltrarno district- across the river from the touristy center of town. The walk from the center of Florence to the apartment leads you past wonderfully authentic restaurants and artisan shops.

Excellent Property Outside the Crowds

Very nice apartment with one queen sized bedroom, one single bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1.5 bath. Nice location that can feel a bit out of the way (approx 25 min walk to the Duomo) south of the river.Excellent communications and service from the owner to sort small issues and provide guidance about the local area. I’d stay again.

Lovely apartment

We thought the apartment was better than the pictures. Lovely light filled kitchen, comfortable furnishings, responsive host, and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants, interesting shops and great gelato!

Stunning

As great as the pictures are in this listing they do not do it justice. The place is stunning and excellent for 4 people. A little walk to the center of Florence, but many coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by
