Great stay in a beautiful apartment

The apartment is in a great location, has a perfect position and a great view of the sea. We really enjoyed the balconies (!). The equipment is more than complete and there is simply nothing missing. The house and the apartment have a lot of charm.

Another wonderful short vacation in De Haan

We stayed again with the whole family (2 adults and 2 kids) in this very nice flat in De Haan. Despite the rather moderate weather, the stay was a complete success as the flat and the location are beautiful. Once again we were warmly welcomed. A very nice stay all round. Many thanks Marleen.

Die Wohnung ist ein sehr schöner Ort, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Bei schlechtem Wetter draußen, bietet sie ein Umfeld, das wirklich alles bietet, was man sich wünschen kann. Eine tolle Küche, einen gemütlichen Sitzbereich und einen großzügigen Esstisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im 2 Stock eines schönen Hauses in sehr guter Lage von De Haan. In der Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe gestaltet ist, finden man eigentlich alles, manchmal schon zuviel. Ein paar Dinge könnte man optimieren. Die Spülmaschine ist in einem Extra Raum, was in der täglichen Routine nerven kann. Auf der Toilette gibt es leider kein Waschbecken, sodass man in der Küche die Hände waschen muss. Zudem gibt es leider keine Waschmaschine, was zu Verwirrungen führen kann, da bei FEWO ein Wäschetrockner inbegriffen ist. Nicht zu empfehlen ist es den Aufzug zu benutzen. Leider sind mein Kind und ich 2 mal stecken geblieben. Nach ein paar Minuten entschied sich der Aufzug dann doch weiter zu fahren. Leider musste am letzten Tag beim Auszug der Notdienst geruffen werden, da unser Gepäck im Aufzug gefangen war. Nach 2 Stunden und einer Arbeit von 10 Sekunden war alles wieder okay.

In the elevator you have to be careful not to block the lights ( green ) at the door because when you do that, the elevator blocks for safety reasons. You can also never leave luggage in the elevator unattended. Luckily the elevator company did not charge for the intervention. On the Vrbo site, it clearly mentions there is a hairdryer but not a washing machine and a dryer. Then the translation with Fewo must be wrong.

Super Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Komunikation mit Marleen war unklompliziert und ging immer schnell. Die Wohnung war wie Beschrieben und absolut sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Fahrstuhl was einem das Treppensteigen erspart. Falls man seine eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen will sollte man vorher bei Marleen die Größe anfragen da die Bettdecke doch etwas größer ist. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, ebenso wie zum Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Gebäude mit mehreren Wohneinheiten, von der Geräuschkulisse her ist das aber generell in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig, von der Sauberkeit her ist es ok. Die Betten sind gemütlich, Bettzeug ist vorhanden, Wäsche kann man bei der Vermieterin mieten oder selber mitbringen. Die Vermieterin empfängt einen persönlich, erklärt einiges und hat uns sogar eine Flasche Wein mitgebracht. Das Einzige was den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat war, dass einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus begannen, kurz darauf dann aussenherum, was mit erheblicher Lärmbelästigung einherging ab morgens 7 Uhr. Die Vermieterin wusste darüber nicht Bescheid und hat sich auch entschuldigt, allerdings hätten wir uns über ein kleines Entgegenkommen in Form eines Preisnachlasses oder Ähnliches trotzdem gefreut. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen guten Aufenthalt.

Bonjour Dominique, Je voudrais bien vous donner une réaction sur votre remarque en ce qui concerne les travaux dans l'app au rez-de-chaussée et dans la rue et sur le parking. Je ne savais rien de ces travaux en avant comme je vous ai expliqué quand vous m'aviez envoyé une message, le syndic ne nous avait pas informé. Donc je n'ai pas pu vous avertir ni prévenir des travaux. Il semble que les travaux dans la rue et sur le parking ont été faits par Fluvius et on ne peut rien faire pour interdire cette genre de travaux. C'est une affaire communale. Cordialement, Marleen
