Lovely and perfectly equipped appartment superclose to the sea

We had a wonderful long weekend in Christels appartment with 3 adults and two 3-year olds. The appartment is designed in a personal way with lots of love. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more - in the living room and the garden the kids had lot fun playing around. We can recommend the appartment 100% and the communication with Christel was also wonderful - everything went smooth and easy.

Eine kurze Übersicht über unsere Eindrücke von der Wohnung.positiv:- die Lage der Wohnung- modern renoviert und schön eingerichtet- alles vorhanden, was man braucht (z.B. auch Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Küchenrolle, ...), man muss sich also nicht so viele Gedanken machen, was man mitbringen muss- netter und einfacher Kontakt mit der Vermieterinnegativ:- Die Küche war nicht richtig sauber: Kühlschrank und Herd waren sehr verschmutzt, auch die Wand hinter dem Kochfeld war verspritzt.- Es gibt mehrere Ameisenstraßen durch Küche und Wohnzimmer. Wenn man eine Kiste oder Tasche aus Versehen in einen solchen Weg stellt, sind die Tierchen nachher überall. Auch darf man kein Glas stehen lassen, in dem sich z.B. noch ein Rest Saft befindet.- In der Beschreibung stand bei Annehmlichkeiten "Parkplätze verfügbar" und "Grill". Es gibt aber nur öffentliche Parkplätze und man muss irgendwo im Ort parken, wo gerade ein Platz frei ist. Ein Grill ist nicht vorhanden.- Die Schlafzimmer im Souterrain haben beide Fenster, aber in einem muss durchgehend ein Klimagerät eingeschaltet sein. Es ist zwar sehr leise, aber wenn man bei solchen Geräuschen nicht gut schlafen kann, stört es doch.- Für uns war die Wohnung einfach zu voll gepackt. Es gibt zwar einige Schränke und Regale, aber alles steht schon voll, so dass kein Platz ist, um eigene Spiele, Bücher etc. unterzubringen. Einfach eine Kiste hinzustellen ist wegen der Ameisen nicht leicht möglich.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage sehr zentral. Leider waren die Zimmer im unteren Bereich im Keller, was uns nicht direkt bewusst war.. Das Kinderzimmer war schimmelig und sehr feucht. Es gab auch keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank im Kinderzimmer.. Außerdem waren beide Zimmer richtig dreckig. Zum lüften konnte man die Fenster in der gesamten Wohnung nur komplett öffnen nicht kippen. Außerdem waren wir im Oktober angereist und die Wohnung war nur auf 19 Grad aufgeheizt. Sie ließ sich über einen Thermostat problemlos aufheizen, hierfür wurden uns im Nachhinein zusätzlich Heizkosten in Rechnung gestellt. Die Lage der Wohnung war von den Geschäften und Lokalen perfekt, leider aber auch direkt an der Straße. Dafür aber in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, der Check in problemlos. Nicht für uns üblich, war auch, dass wir den Müll selbst entsorgen mussten. Alles in allem trotzdem ein gelungener Urlaub. Der Ort ist schön, die Menschen sehr freundlich.

Dit is onterechte commentaar Er is totaal geen schimmel en in elke kamers zijn ramen. Er is een luchtververversingstoestel in de benedenverdieping, maar jullie hebbn de stekker uitgetrokken waardoor dit niet werkt . Ook zie je duidelijk aan de fotos dat er kamers beneden zijn . Alles was netjes gepoetst en verfrist . Dr verwarming hebben jullie tot snachts toe laten opstaan , zelfs 1 nacht op 24 graden . Anders stond hij constant op 23 gr Daar het verbruik daardoor zeer hoog was heb ik gedurfd om een bijdrage te vragen , die jullie niet betaald hebben ... hetzijzo Jammer dat de tussentijdse commentaar vol lof was ... en nu zo' n negatief verhaal , vind ik heel jammer Christel

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!!! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war einfach und angenehm, wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, direkt an Strand und Stadtzentrum gelegen, alles fußläufig zu erreichen! An diesem Ort kann an sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Top plek!

Alles was aanwezig en het appartement is super leuk ingericht. We voelden ons welkom en zelfs voor ons dochtertje was alles aanwezig. Voor in huis, maar ook voor op het strand. We hebben dankzij dit verblijf een top vakantie gehad!

Super aangenaam verblijf in prachtig duplex appartement met tuin

Heel gezellig appartement, alles was aanwezig. Heel vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenares. We voelden ons er onmiddellijk thuis. Het weer zat wat tegen, maar dat deed niets aan ons verblijf. Het was zalig!

Eindelijk zomer

Niet alleen hebben we ongelooflijk genoten van een echt weekje zomer na al die regenmaanden maar ook alweer van het appartementje zelf, zo piekfijn in orde en zo smaakvol ingericht! Wij komen graag terug.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Christels gemütlicher, heller und top ausgestatteter Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist durch mehrere Ebenen und eigenem Eingang eher wie ein kleines Haus geschnitten. Die Kinder haben im Souterrain ihren eigenen Bereich. Bis auf die recht stark befahrene Straße ist es auch sehr ruhig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, man ist direkt am Meer und auch direkt im Ortskern. Gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei, fürs Frühstück perfekt. De Haan ist sehr hübsch und es lohnt sich, den Ort kennenzulernen. Auch die Kusttram und ein guter Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Christel ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, alles hat prima geklappt. Vielen Dank für eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche!

Schöne Wohnung-aber Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Sie liegt zentral am Meer und hat alle notwendigen Untensilien und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider erfüllt sie nicht die Ansprüche, die der hohe Preis weckt: Die Küche verfügt über keine Arbeitsplatte, gemeinsames kochen ist schwierig. Die beiden unteren Zimmer sind recht ungemütlich (Souterrains), der Garten liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die Bäder waren nicht ausreichend gereinigt und im Haus vereinzelt Ameisen.

Perfect stay in perfect house

Super fijn verblijf gehad in deze accomodatie. Nu al voor de tweede keer hier geweest. Locatie is top (dichtbij strand en dichtbij park). Huis is heel netjes, super goed uitgerusten keuken en huis is gezellig in gericht. Aanrader! De host Christel is heel vriendelijk en goede communicatie.

Toller Kurzurlaub in De Haan

Wir waren über Ostern in Chrystels Apartment in De Haan. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist wirklich reichlich ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich ist offen, hell und liebevoll dekoriert. Der Garten ist super und die kurze Lage zum Meer ist wirklich toll. Die Doppelschlafzimmer sind mit großen Schränken ausgestattet; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu Gastgeberin Chrystel war sehr herzlich. Geschmackvolles Appartement nur wenige Schriite vom Meer entfernt

Bei perfektem Sommerwetter haben wir fast eine Woche hier zu dritt verbracht. Wir wurden sehr nett von Christel begrüßt. Das Appartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gg Gebühr bereitgelegt. Morgens Frühstück auf der Terrasse (Frische Croissants in der Bäckerei ggü), abends frischen Fisch im Restaurant Villa deTorre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gezellig appartement met tuintje. Alles voor handen en netjes. Lekkere bakker over de deur waar je ook kan ontbijten of lunchen. Vlak aan het strand. Eigenaar houdt rekening met de tips die geeft. Hier komen we graag nog een keer terug.

Super Wohnung für Urlaub in De Haan

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in De Haan. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Stand und am Zentrum mit Park gelegen. Man kann somit sehr vieles bequem zu Fuß erledigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet insbesondere die Küche. Die Kinder konnten gut die Schlafzimmer im Souterrain nutzen und hatten somit jeweils ihr eigenes Zimmer. An der Einbahnstraße vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose, öffentliche Parkplätze, die man nutzen kann. Man muss aber auch etwas Glück bei der Suche haben. Die Kommunikation mit Christel und ihren Freunden vor Ort, die sich um den Check-In gekümmert haben, lief sehr gut. Für einen Urlaub in De Haan kann man die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Super fijn appartement met tuin- top locatie

Met ons gezin met 2 kids van 5 en 6 jaar hebben we echt een super fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Locatie is goed, vlakbij strand en met park met go-karts vlakbij op loop afstand. Aan de overkant is een bakker met heerlijke croissants, verse jus en brood etc. Appartement is heel licht met fijne tuin en voorzien van een keuken met uitgebreid servies, pannen etc. Communicatie met eigenaresse Christel is super vlot en prettig. Handig map met lokale tips voor restaurants en wandelingen is beschikbaar. Alles is heel gezellig ingericht en heel schoon. Zeker een aanrader, wij komen graag nog eens terug.
