Located about 2 hours from Chicagoland, (between South Haven & Saugatuck), sits this newer 5,000sf family farmhouse on 23 acres. Completed in 2017, with beams & wood from the original horse barn, this wonderful homestead features a sprawling great room with 20' ceilings, and a true chef's kitchen that's perfect for large group entertaining. In addition, the house features a pool with automatic cover, full bar with flat screen TV, ice maker & beverage fridge, screened porch with wood burning fireplace, sitting room, finished lower level plus 5 en suite bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Sleeping accommodations are as follows:

REVIEW - Denise H. "REBEL FARM is not just a vacation home, it is an Experience. A place with such a rich history and heartwarming story, I could not think of a better place to spend our annual Girl's Weekend with my sorority sisters, best friends for 26 years! From every room in the house, you see fields of gold as far as the eye can see. The house is even more stunning in person than it is in pictures. It has a separate sleeping "wing" with beautiful private baths, luxurious linens and designer style. We spent a night by the cozy, wood burning fireplace on the screen porch, days sipping cocktails poolside & morning coffee in the sunroom. The owners truly thought of everything when designing the home and outfitting it for guests. The two highlights were our spaghetti dinner, where I brought my own family recipes into the RF Kitchen, and our private dinner party prepared by Distinctive Dining. Chef Jim LaPerriere spoiled us with a nine course seasonal market tasting menu and Michigan Blueberry Martini's. We spun tunes from 1995 all night long in the fabulous bar and laughed until our bellies hurt. This property is nicer than any 5-star resort so it was hard to leave, but when we did, we were only 5 miles from Saugatuk & the beautiful Oval Beach where we took a long and peaceful morning walk. Rebel Farm has such a soul. You just feel it. And, this weekend we filled it with our own love, friendship and history. Thank you to our dear friends and owners of the magnificent REBEL FARM."

Our group of 19 had a great stay at this house! Wonderful size for such a large group. A mix of adults and children, everyone was comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which adds to the experience. The kids loved having the pool. Julie was incredibly responsive and helped make the trip a breeze.

My parents booked Julie's home for our family, which included 7 little kids. Incredible Ladies weekend

Rebel Farm was absolutely gorgeous. Our friend group of 22 years plans an annual retreat and this property by far was the very best experience. Every detail is fantastic, the pool is beautiful, gourmet kitchen and the list could go on. Multiple bedrooms with en suites and so much space was the perfect place to gather, relax and make memories. We will absolutely return!!

Beautiful Property

The house is bright and well appointed. The pool was clean and everyone enjoyed hanging out there. The easy distance between Saugatuck and South Haven are great as both towns have so much to offer for shopping and restaurants. We had extended family with us and the house is large enough that everyone had more than enough room. The owner was responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone. We will definately be back!

Beautiful property, tons of space, amazing pool. Host was easy to get ahold of. Would stay again. It took us awhile to figure out opening the pool but wasn’t major. Also not at all a criticism of the property but good for future guests to know - you cannot rely on Uber for transportation if you’re wanting to get into Saugatuck for dinner. Not a huge issue since you’ll want to spend a majority of your time in this gorgeous home, but just good to know if making plans to go off property

Wonderful Rebel Farm Weekend Stay

Our family really enjoyed our weekend stay at Rebel Farm. To say the home was beautiful is an understatement. The pool was incredible, and it was so special to look out on the farmland around the pool itself. The screened in room with the fireplace was used every night for some memorable board games by the fire, along with making s’mores and marshmallows. It was incredible to be able to enjoy an outdoor bonfire that was actually indoors, and especially minus bugs! The bedrooms were clean, and the fact that each room had an attached bathroom was priceless. The kitchen was gorgeous, and there were so many sitting rooms available, so that we never felt overcrowded. The owner, Julie Sutton was always reachable, and I really appreciated the way all instructions were made very clear, both in written format, and through talking to Julie. I would recommend this home to anyone!

The property was gorgeous. So perfect for a larger group! Each bedroom has a bathroom which was a big perk for our group of girls staying the weekend. The pool was heated and so nice for us as one day it was not super sunny. The pool lights also allow for a well lit night swim.

Spacious to say the least

Designed for a vacation in mind. Sleeping on one side and living on the other makes for a perfect layout. Hide and seek paradise for the kids. Close drives to attractions and a wondeful fruit, vegetable, and fresh eggs farm practically around the corner.

Pictures does this property no justice. It was beautiful, updated, and enormous. We could of probably invited few more people. House was plenty stocked with everything needed to cook in kitchen. It did rain one day, we just stayed in and played games with the kids, which there are lots of games for everyone to play. Towels, pool towels and bed linens all provided. I would just bring extra toliet paper, Kleenex in case you run out. The pool was awesome and mechanicals all easy to use. Plenty of floaties for kids. She was great communication and her back story of Rebel Farms made our stay that much better!! We will definitely be back. On a side not we did get the Chef Jim that was recommended by Julie. Fenville Fun

The Rebel Farm is a great spot to have a summer weekend getaway. The house is gorgeous and great for hosting large parties. The heated pool, enclosed patio were nice. Rebel farm is near South Haven, Saugatuck, vineyards and state parks. The owner was super friendly, flexible and easy to deal with.

Perfect Girl's Getaway!

We reserved the Rebel Farm property for a girl's weekend and it couldn't have been a more perfect vacation. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had literally everything you would need to entertain a large group. Beautiful pool, intimate bar, chef's kitchen, large owner's suite with beautiful shower, screened-in porch, and several comfortable seating areas to fit many people. All of the rooms in the house have a bathroom, which is also a nice perk. The house is a 5 minute drive to Modales Wines and about 10 minutes to downtown Saugatuck. If you book this house (which is an absolute must!), I'd recommend also looking into a boat charter with the Flying Dutchman Adventures and a private dinner with Chef Jim LaPerriere. You get what you pay for.

Loved this place. Definitely get what you pay for. Clean house clean pool clean everything. Great location. Close to 2 cities. Just an amazing place. I do think some things need to get upgraded. New bbq grill, upgrade flat top in the kitchen, a better pool pump, etc. but overall a great stay.
