MODERN, RENOVATED, UPSCALE tropical condo. Awesome location about as close to the beach as you can get in Cowpet Bay with all the amenities you need! The look is fresh, sleek and modern with some Caribbean blues. Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink at the beach/pool bar and relax the day away! This resort is located right next door to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences (you can buy a day pass to use their amenities).

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is open daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Island Dream Vacations can assist you in planning other aspects of your vacation, including coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services.

Best Location on West End!

The condo is located on a small, quiet, beautiful cove with access to beach, water-sports, restaurants, and snorkeling. Amy, our property manager, is a great communicator and helped us feel at home with her attention to detail.

Beautiful stay!

We had an amazing time during our 5th trip to St. Thomas! We have stayed at Cowpet before, but this unit was by far the most beautiful and well appointed. Our family of four had more than enough room, the unit is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Amy the property manager was amazing to work with, so responsive and helpful. We definitely will be returning!

Amazing Vacay!!

My family spent the week in beautiful St.Thomas!! This condo was exactly how it was described. It was beautiful, updated and most importantly clean. It had breath taking views overlooking Cowpet Bay! With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it accommodated my parents (in their 70’s) and my two children (ages 6 & 10) and my husband and I comfortably. The owners had everything you needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool noodles and snorkel gear. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. Be prepared to walk some steps, but it wasn’t bad at all. Everything you need is at this location. We would definitely stay here again!! Simply beautiful!

Went to Cowpet for my daughter’s wedding. It was a beautiful stay. All the amends do more. Place was clean and stocked with towels and beach accommodations. Pool is fantastic. Been to Cowpet 20 times. One of my favorite condos by far.

Crazy eight vacation

We had a truly great time. The condo was perfect. My only issue was the pillows. All needed to be replaced.could have used extra bath towels also. I would definitely stay again. They went out of there way to make it welcoming!!

Very nice place to stay

Amy provided a clean, beautifully decorated place for our family to stay during our vacation. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fully equipped kitchen that had everything and more than we needed, and a great location. Cowpet was one of the nicest most relaxing beaches we have ever visited. Amy and her team was very responsive if we had a question. I do like that we had plenty of trash bags, soap, shampoo, dish washing tabs, etc during our stay and did not need to purchase anything further and it helped us keep the place clean as well. Thank you Amy and your team for providing and exceptional vacation rental. I hope we will be able to stay with you again in the future.

Great condo! The east end was definitely place to stay . Handy grocery stores and restaurants. Found we wouldn't have wanted to be in downtown Charlotte-Amore . Parking bad and limited and minimun shops and restaurants. Quieter on East side with Caribbean fish Mkt that you can walk to and eat.

Loved our stay

We spent 9 nights here with another couple. Had a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed the villa, the location, the views and amenities. We had several very good meals at Sangrias - just steps from our place. We took two trips on the sailing ship Nightwind - enjoying two full days of fun, good food, snorkeling and relaxing under sail. Those trips were one of the highlights of our vacation. We will would highly recommend this villa. Many great restaurants nearby and beautiful sandy beaches just steps away. Definitely missing the beautiful teal colored waters, colorful fish and sunshine. Hope to return sometime.

Perfect Condo in St. Thomas

We had a great week at this newly renovated condo on St. Thomas. Everything was very new and top quality just as the pictures showed. Amy was awesome to work with and answered every question we had during our stay. We will be back for sure to this condo. Most of the restaurants in the area are open for business again as well. If you get a chance renting a boat from Over the Line Charters will make it even better. Amy can help you with all your needs. The only bad thing I can say is that we had to leave.

GREAT STAY

We have traveled to St. Thomas many times and have stayed in hotels, condos, and homes. This property is exactly as described. Newly renovated unit in Cowpet East. Down a few steps and you are on a very pleasant and quiet beach with beach bar, some watersports, pool and hotub. 5 min drive to red hook and all the restaurants and shopping there. Away from all the cruise ship crowds. Everything in the unit is new and functions well. Management team is professional and very responsive. Exactly as described.

Paradise

This was one of the best vacations. The condo is absolutely amazing. The pictures are more than accurate. This condo is very well stocked with all your needs. Great location, a 5-minute ride to the ferry. Amy Dukes is an amazing host, easy to contact, and very informative. We were a party of 7 adult family members and we all fit comfortably. The bathrooms are all so beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook and bbq. The beach is beautiful. I would highly recommend the Caribbean fish market for dinner. The food and drinks are excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Cool vibes!

This condo was very clean,nicely decorated and very peaceful.The Caribbean fish market is right there and has amazing food and a view.Sangrias had a great vibe and great food.The condo was well equipped with extra supplies and very well insulated because you couldn’t even hear a neighbor.The beach guys got out at 7am every morning to clean the beach.We’ve stayed at several places in the Virgin Islands and some of the resort areas do not clean their beaches often so you get that dead sea grass that sits on the beaches and can be smelly.Cowpet Bay kept this beach pristine.There are also fun water sports rentals,night kayaking as well as other entertainment right there.I highly recommend blue water haven.

Girls Trip

The condo looked just like the pictures. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beds were very comfortable, The kitchen seemed equipped with most of the essentials. The beach in front was nice. It was very rocky getting in but wearing water shoes was a great help. We enjoyed the snorkeling as well. Both of the restaurants on grounds were very good and convenient. We used the grocery goddess delivery and that was great. We also used Smiley's car transport to and from the airport as well as anywhere else we went. They were great!! Always on time and very dependable. Contact with Amy was very easy. The walk down to the beach from the condo was very easy but coming back up was a challenge because it's uphill. Overall I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach!

Beautifully updated and decorated condo located on the beach! Each couple had their own gorgeous bedroom and bathroom, and we all enjoyed the chic and comfortable living areas area and patio. Great kitchen for cooking, table for meals & game nights, as well as laundry room and beach/pool amenities. Basics such as paper goods, laundry detergent, spices and condiments were conveniently provided or left by other guests. Hair dryers and mini bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are also provided. Kitchen just needs storage containers. We took a taxi for groceries & outings instead of renting a car (btw groceries are quite expensive in St. Thomas). Smiley Taxi was wonderful! Make sure AC is working upstairs so you can enjoy that space as well. No gym onsite, so we swam and took walks. Overall we loved our stay! Amy did a great job making it feel like home!

3 bed/3bath condo in RedHook

We could not of ask for a better condo. The location was exactly what we wanted and it was on the beach. ( away from the cruise ship area) The pool and hot tub we used daily. The condo Is also about 5-6 minutes to Redhook , which has lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. You can also jump on charter boats or the ferry and go over to St. John. We did the charter boat(Sweet Pea) which Amy recommended. It was definitely the highlight of our trip. They took us to Honeymoon beach, a secluded beach which I asked for and a area with good snorkeling and we swam with sea turtles. Which was so awesome and we are all still talking about. We also did zip lining in St. Thomas. We all loved it and got amazing pictures! At first we didn’t rent a car, but then realized the taxi’s all charged at least $25 every time you call them. You do drive on the opposite side of the road, but you get used to it quickly and wasn’t bad at all. We got to explore several more beaches by renting it. Maegans beach was one of them. Definitely go here! It is gorgeous. We rented chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks. There’s also have a restaurant right on the beach. Anyways, we will definitely be coming back to this condo and area . We fell in love with everything!!!!! Amy is awesome as well. Communication was perfect and all her recommendations were spot on! Thank you so much Amy!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful island!

I have to admit we were nervous about booking this condo because we booked long before the renovations were complete, and there weren’t any pictures available. Upon arrival, we were so HAPPY with the place that we were going to call home for the week. The décor of the condo is modern, but beachy, and everything was very well done with a lot of attention to detail. In short, we LOVED it! We were also very happy with the conveniences that the condo offered. Every detail had been considered. We had beach chairs to take with us to the island's beaches, a cooler for packing picnic lunches, there was sunscreen and laundry detergent, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular one, and anything necessary for cooking dinner, including a brand new grill. The beach at Cowpet Bay was nice for a home base, and we spent some of our time there. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we were so happy that it was open in time for our trip. It was never difficult to find chairs, and the morning views of the boats in the water was a perfect start to the day from our balconies. Amy was very nice to deal with; she answered all of our questions in a timely manner and tried to make our stay as convenient as possible. We arrived a little before check in time after a LONG day of travel, and even though the condo wasn’t quite ready, she let us take over the master bedroom to get changed into our suits and drop off our luggage. We also had a late flight out of St. Thomas and she let us keep our suitcases in the condo well after check out time. You won’t be disappointed booking this condo or visiting St. Thomas. We had a great time, and are already discussing the possibility of coming back to do some of the things that we couldn’t squeeze in!

Great vacation!

The condo was in a great location - beautiful beach and pool area that was never very crowded and great restaurants onsite. Easy access to Red Hook, St John ferry and many great beaches. Highly recommend!

Very comfy condo and super convenient location!

We had 9 people staying here (5 adults 4 children under 12) and had plenty of space! The condo is well furnished and has very comfortable beds. It’s a short walk down to the beautiful beach and pool. It is also only a few minute drive to Red Hook for restaurants, groceries and the ferry to explore other islands in the VI’s. Our kids loved exploring around the outside property of the condo - chasing lizards and holding hermit crabs (some who were giant!). We also loved seeing the iguanas down by the pool - they are so cool!Amy was extremely responsive and the check in/out process was seamless! We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Blue Water Haven at Cowpet Bay East! The condo was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were so comfortable and the condo contained all of the amenities you would want for a comfortable stay! Sangria's on the beach was only steps from our door and provided a great place for breakfast and lunch without having to leave the resort! Amy and Staisha from Island Dream Vacations were GREAT to work with! They responded quickly, provided every tip, trick and instruction prior to our arrival and even coordinated a last-minute Jeep Tour around the island for us! I would recommend them and this beautiful condo again and again!

A wonderful vacation

The condo was as advertised. In wonderful condition with beautiful views of the bay. Amy provided all pertinent information in advance and Staisha was very helpful with any questions/ requests during our stay. Would highly recommend this condo. St. Thomas was beautiful. Great beaches and great food. Several great dining options within 5 minute drive. We had a Jeep, which was great for exploring St. Thomas and St.John islands. Some steep climbs but lots of fun. Beautiful beaches and mountain views. Awesome vacation!

Wonderful week in St Thomas

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This condo is exactly as described, it was clean, cozy and perfectly appointed! Very short drive to Red Hook. The bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy some family meals. The beach chairs and cooler were an added amenity that enhanced our vacation. Communication with the property manager prior to our trip was wonderful as well!
