This apartment is very spacious and extremely well stocked with amenities. Beautiful decorations. We loved it! Would stay again. My only suggestion is that you have to fix the lock/key system for door. It's too hard and we almost got stuck one morning.

Great communication. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Multiple AC controls helps everyone be comfortable. The hidden master bath was my favorite.

Absolutely stunning apartment with magnificent views. We were greeted by the lovely Claudia who explained everything thoroughly. The apartment is ideally located on a very quiet residential street but within walking distance to everything. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The property is well represented by the description and photos. It was clean, comfortable, and modern right in the middle of a great neighborhood. Everything functioned properly (i.e., air condition, internet, etc.) except we could not get the dryer to work.The pictures of the sunset and bridge were taken while in the apartment.

Great Location!

The apartment was fantastic, the location was close to about everything you could want. Narrow cobblestone streets are charming but wear comfortable shoes, heels or slides are tricky. Great holiday.

Great stay in Beautiful Lisbon

The property was beautiful and just as shown in the pictures. The views from the apartment were gorgeous! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to restaurants, shopping, sites yet quiet. I would definitely return!!

Incredible view

Great location. Close to great restaurants and bars but quiet street. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. The view was incredible. Really enjoyed the sunset. Did not cook so can’t say anything about the kitchen stock.

Great apartment in central historic Lisbon

This property was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and had all the necessities (including air conditioning), not to mention the incredibly lovely view from the flat. Check-in and check-out was seamless, and the property management was very helpful and responsive. I 100% recommend staying here.

Lisbon Condo

The condo was very clean and nice-looking but we did have a problem with the front bathroom bath/shower as we couldn't get the overhead shower head to work without spraying everywhere. One of the people we were with is a plumber and he couldn't figure it out so I texted the owner but never did get a response back. And we couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature setting at night. It was very cold!

Lovely Apartment with a great view

We stayed at this wonderful apartment on a recent family vacation. The space is wonderful and the apartment is just as shown. Our favorite spot was sitting in the blue chairs looking out the windows to the Tagus River. Air conditioner worked great. Joaquim was very nice and handled our check in very well. We had most of what we needed. The washer/dryer did not work properly. We have used this type of unit when we were in Europe before. Only the washer portion worked. It would not dry. I will say that the communication while we were there could have been a little bit better. I messaged them letting them know about the washer/dryer and also that the refrigerator and freezer were not working. The top freezer drawer was very dirty (looked like when a soda explodes). At that point there was not much that could be done as we would be leaving the next day, but some sort of reply would have been nice. We also messaged that day after we left because we left something in the apartment and wanted to see if it was found. We could have picked it up upon our return to Lisbon. They replied that they would check and get back to us. We never got a response until I reached back out to them 5 days later. Overall we had a great stay at the apartment, but the communication while we were there could have been a little bit better. We also very much appreciated the capability of an early arrival at check in.

An Uncomfortable Situation

The house is as pictured and clean. Check in was uncomfortable. I messaged Tadeu that our eta to the house would be 6:40. He arrived a few minutes late. He seemed nice enough but in the confines of the small elevator we could tell he reeked of alcohol. He was unclear in some of the things he was saying. My sister went to her bathroom and there was no soap, so asked him for bar soap. He was holding unto a bag of what I think was all the different amenities. When my sister asked him for the bar soap, he said he didn't have time before to stock the house. She again asked him for the soap and he insisted on placing them in the bathrooms himself. Anytime I asked a question about the apt, he kept looking for the house book. He kept repeating that the house book was missing. He said he would have to return to restock the amenities like the dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. When I asked why he couldn't just leave one or two of the ones he was holding, he replied "I have to take these with me". After he left, we were all rushing to get ready. We were unable to turn on the shower in the hall bathroom (a previous review mentioned the same issue) I contacted Vera to explain the shower issue and asked if we could have a different person as our point of contact. She said Tadeu was a trusted member of their staff and the shower worked which she would have explained. We spent the next morning on a chat with vbro, the owner, and looking for a hotel to check into.

Apt was very difficult to find when arriving and we are pretty savvy New Yorkers. Beds and linens were very clean and apt is very quiet which is nice for sleeping. The apt could definitely use a fresh paint job and just know that it is bare bones for supplies. No paper towels (even though the kitchen has a paper towel holder) no napkins, one tiny bar of soap in each bathroom. Definitely stock up for your stay.

Dear guest, thank you for your comments. But I am very puzzled when you say the flat is difficult to find.... it's as easy as enter the address we provide in any gps... Street name, plus building number ... I assume like in NYC....

L’appartement est superbe :Spacieux, très bien équipé, les chambres et salles de bain sont impeccables.La vue est à couper le souffle !!Le quartier est très calme et en même temps à 3 minutes à pied des restaurants, bars et des activités de la Lisbonne.
