This was our second trip to Lisbon. We stayed n Bairro 3 years ago, which was great, but we wanted a more neighbourhood feel this time. Therese's property offered exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. Large, bright, airy and a large patio that we spent every morning drinking coffee on and most evenings a nightcap glass of wine. Inititally we had a couple of challenges withhot water and the stove, but Therese was very quick to respond by message or phone call to help us resolve the immediately.We settled in quickly and felt very much at home. The balcony has a view of the water and you can watch the comings and goings of the water, but it's quiet because you are up the hill from the downtown bustle. There are lovely little restaurants and bars in the Principe Real area and we quickly found our go-to grocery store that had everything we needed - even my new favourite Rose!We found a great park near by that has a restaurant with most seating outside and they offered live music and some of the artists were amazing. It's a lovely large treed park - but watch out you don't get knocked out by the falling nuts! lolThank you Therese...I think this was one of your recommendations on the list of shops, restaurants, bars, places to to go/see!We would definitely stay here again and will reach out when we are ready to come back!All the best Therese and thank you again - Laurel and Rob

Really nice apartment in a good location to get to know the city. (Our first time in Lisbon) The power went out but Therese was responsive. Not much of a damper on our spirits.

The property was beautiful! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinking wine on the terrace and seeing the amazing views. Being able to see the rooftops and the water while under the stars was incredible . The location was quiet but within walking distance around the city. The neighborhood parks with music and food delights were wonderful. There were small grocery stores nearby for snacks, and coffee shops for a good start to the day. We had a wonderful experience staying in this delightful apartment in this quaint neighborhood.

Great apartment, high in Lisbon

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. It is located high up in Lisbon and on the 3rd floor of the building, so you must have "good" legs. Thérèse is a good host.

When looking for a place to stay in Lisbon, look no further! You will find a wonderful apartment, a fantanstic rooftop terrace, incredible views and you will be perfectly located near all points of interests. We had a perfect time and plan to come back!

Great stay in Lisboa

My wife and I stayed for 5 days in Lisbon. The condo was perfect for the trip. From the new Aldi (a 5min walk) to the public square with drinks, food and coffee this was a perfect location for our trip. The property is clean and well kept. Therese was a great host and always willing to help with any questions. We'd definitely come back to this location on our next trip to Lisbon.

A beautiful, quiet and well-maintained one-bedroom apartment overlooking the rooftops of Lisbon. The host could not have been more welcoming, offering many good tips for enjoying a long weekend in Lisbon. It’s an excellent neighborhood, central and lively with many choices for great food and a bit removed from the most crowded tourist areas. All in all, impeccable.
