Casa Julia is a beautiful holiday villa with a large private swimming pool located in Benissa in the Spanish province of Alicante in the Valencia region (Costa Blanca).

The holiday home comfortably accommodates 6 people. Thanks to the use of sustainable and beautiful materials, this completely renovated holiday villa exudes luxury. The spacious open kitchen and dining room are beautifully lit thanks to large windows that bring in the sun's rays. Furthermore, the interior is extremely cozy and comfortable. Perfect to fully unwind.

There is plenty of place to relax outside as well. From the spacious terrace with lounge area and outdoor kitchen you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. The large private swimming pool (11x5m depth 2.4m, with Roman cities, with lighting) surrounded by beautiful palm trees invites you to a wonderfully fresh dive.

Near Benissa are numerous restaurants and bars in all varieties and to everyone's budget. Within a radius of 5 km there are many white beaches and nice beach bars. Be sure to also visit beautiful seaside towns such as Moraira, Calpe or the bustling Benidorm which is only half an hour away. The villa is also ideally located for golf lovers, just 1 km from the villa is the beautiful Ifach golf club. This beautiful villa makes your holiday complete.

Amazing views outstanding property

The Villa was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the space and wonderful views with a large swimming pool area plenty of sun beds and areas to relax.

Perfect holiday

We had a wonderful time. House was/had everything we looked fand hoped or. Only the WiFi did not work all the time. And these days you cannot live without it.
