Arriving at Ocean Breeze, you are greeted by the gorgeous exterior boasting double-decker wrap-around porches and a large driveway to fit your entire crew. Walking inside the first floor, discover a spacious living room, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and TV, leading into a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Ocean Breeze

We really enjoyed the home with all of the amenities! Short distance to the beach, nearby shopping, and not far from Harbor Walk and 30A. It does get a little crowded and the entry point to the beach at the end of the street since the condos mark off parts of the beach. However, enough room to find a descent spot. There are other places not far to go also.

Wedding Week

Check in and check out we’re seamless. The home and yard are both beautiful. Some internet connection trouble day 1 for wifi and tv streaming, but they came and fixed it right away. Everything was clean and neat with exception of the kitchen cabinets and drawer facings were a little sticky (not horrible, just needing a fresh coat of paint most likely). We would stay here again, it was a lovely week in town for a family wedding. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad but it’s true what other reviews have mentioned, the public beach space is so small. The home is super close to everything. Plenty of parking and a great privacy fence in the backyard. The pool people who came were super nice too! Thank you for the use of your home, we had a wonderful time.

Great location! The house was clean, property manager very quick to respond, we had the pool heated and it was very comfortable and nice size for a group. Actual beach area was a little small during the day (condos on both sides rope off their area but take them down toward evening) still nice that it is so close to go back and forth with kids. Would stay here again.

Great Vacation stay for Family

Great house for big family vacation. The house had everything we needed. Good neighborhood and location. Close to everything. Easy check in and check out process. Only thing I would suggest is extending the check out time to 11 instead of 9 am. Thank you for a great experience!

Good location.

We are happy we booked this property. Location and layout of house was excellent for us. Although I would rate the property as relatively clean, it could use a good deep clean. Patio and pool area needs a power washing. Proximity to ocean and stores was great. Probably would book again once the recession lowers the price.

Spring break Fun

We had a great time stay here on our spring break. The house was in a great location. We could walk to several great restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was good too. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our whole group. We loved having the pool in the back yard. We wished we could have had it heated. Would have paid but it wasn't an option. We would stay here again!!

Great location, great property!

Two families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 8, 9, 10, and 11) stayed here for our first trip to Florida. We could not have asked for a better experience. The house was clean with plenty of bath towels and amenities. The pool was big and the kids didn’t care that it wasn’t heated. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen with nice cooking tools and pans. And a great location. Only a 5-minute or so walk to the beach. I would bring a wagon for easy trips to the beach and get there early—there is only a narrow area that’s not reserved for the resorts on either side. But the house was fantastic!

Destin Fun

Had a good time despite the weather. Was not happy about beach access and all but small section reserved for resorts. We had to walk several blocks to get a spot. House needs updated - outdoor shower was filthy and not useable - laundry room had hard shelf unit that blocked dryer door from opening. Kitchen faucet was terrible, fridge drawers broke - dishwasher dry cycle didn’t work

Everything was perfect until…..

The entire rental process, check in, the house, the pool, location, everything was fine until we decided to go to the beach, the entrance is very close to the house but when you arrive you find that you only have a small part of the Beach with access to the sea, both on the left and on the right, is closed, rather it is PRIVATE. I had never seen anything like this in my life, according to what I know, that is Anti-unconstitutional, the sand and the sea are not anyone's property. What we did, because we had no other choice, was to walk down the avenue two more blocks to access a decent space, where we could enjoy the sea.

Great Beach Location!

Pros: Location can’t be beat! Size and rooms were great for our group (3 teenagers and 3 adults). Pet friendly. Good sized pool and backyard. Short walk to beach. Everything close by! Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after beach. Pool was nice sized. Management responded quickly and promptly when Wi-Fi was not working and checked in to see how stay was going. New lawn chairs were brought and was a nice and welcomed surprise. Cons: pool heater was broken! When we contacted management they stated it was broken and not able to be fixed/replaced during our stay. Major👎 Cabinets were sticky and appliances could use an upgrade. Grill works but is not in good shape and could use an upgrade/replacement.

Many interruptions

Is there a reason one of your staff are on the porch putting together furniture?? Is there not a better time to do this?? Like Between rentals??? This is the 3rd time. 1st it was the pool guys so we exited the pool, put up my 2 small shih tzus not to bad in and out quickly ... within 15 mins the lawn guys show up and again I have to exit the pool and put up my dogs, not to mention grass got all in the pool right after the pool guy was here, so obviously I had to clean it out with the net, today I'm out by the pool and some one in a southern company vehicle pulls up and starts putting together bar stools that were delivered here 2 days ago.. and he's doing it on the front porch so of course my dogs are barking.

Extended Family Vacation

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children ages 9, 10, 11, 12. The house looks exactly like photos, but it definitely needs some updates and deep cleaning. Furniture downstairs is pretty stained and just not nice looking at all. Bar stools had wicker, but wicker is split in areas and pinched when sitting. Or so my children said. Washing machine is not in great shape and when adding bleach for towels or whites, well it comes out in the next few cycles too. So we left with some bleach spots on clothes we didn’t want. After realizing we stopped obviously. The refrigerator door pops open or won’t shut properly, so you have to watch that. Master bed is super comfortable and large room/bathroom. Nice and open. Child’s bunk bed room is tight, so for our older kids they didn’t love that, but not the houses fault. Pool was great, backyard was great. Beach access or where you can hang is smaller due to resorts, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We didn’t have to call maintenace, so that was a plus. Overall not too bad for cost.

WOW

Wow we just loved our stay at Ocean Breeze. Customer Service was prompt whether by phone or text. The gas tank for the grill was out we went to get one for them and we were refunded the cost ASAP so outstanding Southern CS. We loved the wagon for beach days. Beach Access on Shirah Trail was close by. Having said that we would change the seating in the living room the couch and sofa appear to be brand new however its hard physically especially for us I have had several neck surgeries and Larry has had surgeries and issues with his back. Also we would if it were us invest in new appliances because the fridge door we checked on constantly as it was not sealing when the door closed oh yeah and the dish washer didn't clean as it should. Also The faucet in the kitchen sink has the wrong size it needs to be fit for the usage when washing the dishes a pan would barely fit. As we have an Oasis pool with heater ourself it would have been great if this rental had a pool heater that was working as there were days we would have liked to take a dip in the pool. As we also have rented other beach houses our suggestion would be to notify your tenants regarding folks that service the home whether it be by text or email that they are coming because if we were swimming etc.... or grilling out the grass cutters did the same no notice at all we would like that to be private and uninterrupted while we vacation nothing is ever said they just walk in the gates not just here but all the homes we have stayed but VRBO this issue needs to be addressed with All Homes you represent. Over all we made memories there as we celebrated Larry's 70th Birthday and celebrated on the beach a Bucket List Beach Birthday. We hope this helps as we would love feed back from our renters. Finally, Thank you for allowing us to stay at Ocean Breeze.

Close to the breach.

A 5 min. Walk to the beach. The house is spacious for a large group. The floors are all tile and laminate, the yard is fenced, great for dogs and small children. The house is sparsely decorated, some of the chairs need to be replaced/cleaned. The wifi is very spotty, it went out daily. The bed sheets need to be upgraded. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving a large group. The microwave needs to be replaced. The pool heater was broken. There is parking for several cats.
