The 3 bed/2 bath home has an entertainment room (play a guitar, hang out at the bar and play battle toss), covered porch with grill and large back yard.

Nice furnishings throughout the house and plenty of beds for all types of groups. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom has a Full/Twin Custom bunk bed. Sofa sleeper is Queen size and a Full Size futon is in the entertainment room.

Vince and I currently live in Mount Juliet, TN. We have lived in the Nashville area for over 30 years and have watched this wonderful city grow. We have two sons, 22 & 20 years. One just graduated college and the other one is still in college. Our other family member, Buster, runs the show in our house. We love giving back to the community and helping others so we bought this home to share in our love of serving others in this great city.

This property is in one of the hip and upcoming cities in Nashville. The home is absolutely adorable and the location is very close to many things to do.
The house is located 8 mins from the airport, 9 mins from Opryland and 12 mins from downtown.
