Magic Apartment' is taking part in a nation-wide 'STAY SAFE IN CROATIA' program, meaning we adhere to the highest health and hygiene standards. Issued by the Croatian government, 'STAY SAFE IN CROATIA' label guarantees our apartment is strictly following all the guidelines from the Croatian Institute of Public Health and the World Travel & Tourism Council.

The MAGIC APARTMENT is located just outside Dubrovnik's historic Old City, a scenic five minutes walk, with a stunning view of the Old City, Lokrum Island, and the open Adriatic waters.

There is an undeniable charm to the MAGIC APARTMENT that never fails to please our guests. You will enjoy the homely atmosphere and the feeling of serenity and comfort. The rooms are not too large yet feel spacious, with all the necessary amenities at your disposal, and most importantly, a remarkable, panoramic view.

The apartment consists of a bedroom (2 people) which can be set as a double bed room or as twin bed room, a bathroom with washing machine, and a dining room with an extra bed large enough (160x200 cm) for two adult people to share comfortably, and a fully equipped kitchen.

During your stay, we will do our best to provide you with any information you may require, whether it be recommendations for dining, beaches, night outs, day trips, excursions, etc.

Great little place high up on the mountain. Lots of steps to get there, but it really feels like you’re living in the neighborhood. Bus stop, restaurant, and shop nearby. Host lived next door and was very accommodating, offering to drive us to the airport at 5 am!

Sweet spot to land

Great host who communicated well and met our taxi to show us our apartment. Location was great ( stairs to get there) but restaurants near by as well as grocery store. Good bus line near and close to the tram cars.

Great Stay!

We recently had a very nice stay at the Magic Apartment. Great communication with our host, Sergiusz, who also helped us with parking for our rental car and gave us some good recommendations in the area. Although a little outdated, the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable during our 2 night stay. Lots of stairs, but an amazing view!

Truly magic!

We had a great stay at Magic Apartment. Our host Sergiusz was very helpful, offering us extra instruction to get to the apartment. He showed us around when we got there, and recommended a few places in town to eat. The apartment itself was spotless and cozy. If we are ever back in Dubrovnik, this is where we'll stay!

Great place to stay

The Magic Apartment is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik. It's situated just outside the walled city giving you an amazing view of the city and the sea. The apartment is clean, adorable, and secure. Sergiusz is a great host and was gracious with our arrival and departure plans. It's also thanks to him I didn't forget my backpack. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend staying at The Magic Apartment.

Three night stay in Dubrovnik

We arrived just before several days of significant rainfall, but enjoyed our stay at the Magic apartment. The host was helpful in attaining a free parking space 20 minutes walk away and in carrying our luggage several hundred meters up to the apartment. The apartment has everything you could need for your stay, including a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

This place is small but perfectly located by the old town. We didn't spend much time at the apartment besides sleeping but the location made it easy to roam around the city and go back to drop stuff off. The owner was very helpful and arranged transportation to and from the apartment. We also got restaurant recommendations and they all were fantastic. We look forward to returning to the Magic Apartment.

This apartment was a great intro, because there were stairs! It was quaint, but everything worked, and we were able to catch up on some laundry thanks to the washing machine. The landlord was very nice, and he shared tips on where to go as we continued north in Croatia.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host picked us up at the airport which made our arrival easy and convenient. He helped us find an amazing restaurant and answered all of our questions. Fantastic view and location

The view was absolutely spectacular. The apartment comfortable and well-equipped for light cooking. Nice bathroom/shower and bedroom. The host was discreet but available, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Driving in Dubrovnik is difficult and parking is extremely expensive; Serguisz's advice and help were crucial saving us a lot of trouble and expense. His recommendations for touring and restaurants were excellent.

The help for us finding a free parking place was outstanding. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs with the suitcases but the view you see out of the apartment is really worth it. If you are with 4 people there is a sofabed that is big and comfortable enough.

nice apartment in a quiet area

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is a short 5-10min walking distance from Stradun (center of the old city). The apartment is in the quiet area, on the hill just above the city walls and the kitchen window has a great view on the old city and is just above the Minceta tower (highest tower on the wall). The host is very nice and will help you with parking in case that you are visiting Dubrovnik with a car. The pullout for the kids in the kitchen is very comfortable to sleep in.
