Within two blocks there are many fine restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, fruit/vegetable markets, pharmacies and eight movie screens. In addition, it is about a ten minute walk through elegant sections of Palermo and Recoleta to Recoleta cemetery and the Buenos Aires Design Center. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the heart of Palermo Viejo (aka Palermo Soho) and then on to 'Palermo Hollywood,' centers of hip shopping & nightlife. The 'D' line of the Subte (the city’s subway system), located just two blocks away, can whisk you to Teatro Colon in seven minutes and to Plaza de Mayo and the Casa Rosada in ten.
