Your Buenos Aires adventure begins at this delightful 2-bedroom apartment high above the rooftops, located in Palermo, the hottest neighborhood full of restaurants and shops yet surrounded by peaceful, tree-lined residential streets. There is a master bedroom with a kingsized bed, walk-in closet, separate desk/work area, and adjacent full bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, sliding glass doors that open to outdoor balcony with lovely views, and there is a second full bathroom across from it. There is a third guest bathroom by the entrance of the apartment. Spacious living room and dining area, cute kitchen with all amenities and breakfast nook, TV, cable, high speed WiFi. Enjoy the beautiful rooftop pools (just a few stairs above) and sitting areas to admire the beautiful city views. There is 24 hour security in the building , it is very safe, and there is a gym with exercise equipment and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (complementary tokens provided for 1 load of each). The apartment is tastefully decorated with original pieces of art by Argentinian artists. The place has a very good vibe and you are sure to enjoy your stay here.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this modern and spacious condo. The large balcony was a perfect setting for drinks and evening meals, as well as for reading. Our host was welcoming and caring. We highly recommend this property with all its many amenities.

The apartment was in a great location. We loved our balcony and the roof top pool and views were spectacular. The host, Marie, was so easy to communicate with. Her response time was quick and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed in this apartment for 5 days (8/30-9/3/2025) and was very pleased with the apartment and amenties. There's security with a doorman at reception 24hrs. We found walking around at night very safe with many cafes and restaurant to choose from as well as Carrafour grocery store within walking distance from the apartment. I found our host Marie was helpful in answering our questions prior to arriving. If we were to come back to BA we would consider staying again. S. Leavitt
