The villa is spread over several floors, combining spacious areas, outdoor spaces, and rooms designed for enjoyment.

On the entrance level, there is a private garden with an outdoor heated pool, available from March to October for stays of more than 4 nights, an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Inside, you will find the open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, and a guest toilet.

The basement offers a cozy lounge with a vertical garden, an additional bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, a laundry area, and a private garage that includes a fun games area with a pool table, suitable for all ages.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a beautiful terrace equipped with sofas and a relaxation area—ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

This villa has been designed to be enjoyed in every corner, with spaces thoughtfully arranged for both relaxation and sharing special moments.
