The master suite is located on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom with a large private terrace furnished with a table and four chairs—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a relaxing nightcap on balmy summer evenings. This room offers fantastic panoramic views, is air-conditioned, and features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor has two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
The ground floor also features the large family bathroom with a shower, the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your self-catering holiday, and the spacious living-dining room
The air-conditioned living room opens directly onto the very large garden and the pool. The garden features two terraces and a barbecue, so you don’t have to be tied to the kitchen, with plenty of lounge chairs to work on your tan!

The pool itself is the main feature, with a large 9 x 5-meter pool, heated during the colder months, and offering views of the sea.

A metre reading will be taken for electricity. The rate includes 30 kW of usage per day; any additional usage is charged at 0.30€ per kW and must be paid in cash at the end of the stay.
