Plus our home is Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. Located in a gated community between Monterey and Santa Cruz, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is both charming and idyllic; offering picturesque ocean views from the third level. Fully furnished, sleeping a total of 5 - California King, Queen & Twin beds. Our condo faces Monterey which gives amazing sunrise views. The privacy and remoteness of our location is what makes Pajaro Dunes the number one choice for those who are looking to relax and unwind by the sea!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Our attentive resort staff is available onsite 7 days a week. Our resort offers an optional bonfire service for your group including set-up on the beach and s'mores kits delivered to your door.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location for a get away!

Great view of the beach from comfortable sofa and chairs. Great kitchen with everything you need. Went to sleep in a very comfortable bed listening to the waves. Easy access to the beach, which we were literally right next to it. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to next time.

Wonderful quick getaway. The beach is wide and flat and a walk can be hours or minutes. When not on the beach it's a pleasure to look at it from a front row seat in the condo.

The view from this condo is amazing! Right up front literally on the water. The sounds of the waves lulled me to sleep every night. The condo has beautiful furnishings and has every amenity you could need. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and close to beach

This was our first time staying in this condo. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The beach was steps away, and the view was beautiful. The master bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I usually have a stiff back in the morning, but I didn’t at all.

We had a great time.

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the weather after all the storms that we had in January. The unit needs a little maintenance but we told the front desk and they responded quickly. See you next year.

Parents Get away

Each year I book my parents a VRBO for their anniversary. This place so far has been their very favorite. They loved it and said it was as good as it gets. Zero complaints. Very clear, Million dollar view, and lots to do near by. Great trails for hiking, tons of wildlife and great reseraunts. They will be back next year!

Ocean view exclusive - a Gem

We entered the 3rd floor condo to be overwhelmed by the large picture window view of the Pacific. It is like sitting in a large screen theater and watching the waves meet the beach. Wow factor. Condo is quite comfortable and easy access - steps to the beach. Comfortable sitting and kitchen is nicely stocked with necessities. Great condo for couples and families. Pajaro Dunes too is easy access to Watsonville and Monterey Bay activities.

Pros: View was great, staff helpful and friendly. Cons: Morning woke up to no heat, found drying grapes on the floor besides the couch. TV difficult to learn, could use some help or printed instruction on how to use all three remotes.

View was 1million. Condo was nice. However it needs a deep clean, dry rot around a couple doors and windows, bbq had no propane ( we planned on bbqing dinner one night and had to punt that idea), Pajaro is getting a little run down. Hand rails and steps are in need of repair / replacement. It a very quite and peaceful place to vacation. We’ll be back, not sure if I’ll stay at that unit.

I love pajardo dunes but they need to update, not being able to bring your dogs changes every thing , this is an antiquated and inconvenient policy and I had to cancel for this reason

Restful Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at PajaroDunes. The office staff is very accommodating. We were in condo Shorebird 160. We would probably choose a different unit on a next visit. The view was outstanding, beds comfortable. We didn't care for the dining furniture. Very uncomfortable and did not encourage us to sit around the table after meals to play games etc. They didn't have enough coffee cups and no coffee, and no amenities in the bathrooms, so bring your own hairdryer. These are just little gripes but they add up to how comfortable you'll be for a long visit.

Great Stay

The view from the top was amazing we've typically booked on the first couple floors this was our first stay on the top most floor. Property was well maintaned with a few minor niggles. The internet was out in our block for the duration of our 7 day stay, We were given credentials for another network but the signal was very weak. Typically we work from there for small portions of our trip so that was an inconvenience. The sliding screen doors were completely off the rails and the shower door handle for the twel kept sliding down which could be a bit of a hazard for older folks. We consider those all minor though our stay was great.
