Looking for a great space for a family getaway? This is the perfect spot! This is a spacious condo right on top of the sand, and only steps away from the water. Our condo faces Monterey perfect for enjoying sunrises. This is a very well cared for home. Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site Care. When you want to gather, there is an open, spacious living room with a new decorative electric fireplace and plenty of room for family fun! A separate dining area with beautiful wood table seats everyone in elegant fashion. Want to have breakfast with the family, while taking in the ocean air? No problem! Enjoy the breakfast bar for a nice meal to start the day at the beach.

The updated kitchen is open, offering everything you might need to create a special meal. Fully supplied, with breakfast bar & stools, this is a great kitchen for making family a special beach meal!

The Patio has a large BBQ for the grill chef in your group! Smart TV in the living room, free hard-wired Wifi and cable, indoor washer & dryer all add convenience during your stay. From the patio, the beach is a few steps - and it's one of the most uncrowded beaches on Monterey Bay!

The master suite has a queen sized bed & a full, private bathroom; the other two bedrooms offer a 2 twins each - ideal for a family getaway. 2nd bathroom for guests. Come stay with us and make some memories!!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
