We appreciate your comments about the broken BBQ, patio screen, second bedroom size, mattress firmness, and shower access. We have maintenance and housekeeping on site if you ever need any assistance. We would have loved to assist you with perhaps getting a loaner BBQ and having our maintenance take a look at the sliding patio. We don't provide any shampoo, conditioner or personal use items. We are sorry this was not made clear to you and will work on better relaying this information in the future. We’ll make sure to address these issues so that future guests have a better experience. As for ocean views in the first level condos is almost impossible a few condos do have a very slight view of the ocean sometimes depending on the height of the dunes that obstruct the ocean view, if you ever wanted to reach out directly we'd love to help you find the perfect home for your next getaway!
