Great property in a fantastic location overlooking the Braid and close to Amble centre and all the amenities that are available there. Would definitely revisit.
Everything was really wonderful! Enjoyed the week with in-laws with enough room to visit together and yet have a place for a moment of privacy. Local walks were beautiful with the Tesco around the corner, last minute shopping a breeze.
Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped and in a great location overlooking the marina and very close to town. There were 3 couples staying and only car parking for one but there is a car park very close at reasonable rates.
Lovely 3 storey house with bathrooms on each floor . Spacious property with nice views
Perfectly situated for us with lovely views and good parking . Good base to visit other tourist attractions. Good pubs and eating facilities. Locals friendly. We all loved our stay
Property was way above expectations welcome package was a lovely touch location was great everything within walking distance a totally relaxing weekend with great family making memories would definitely return to the area and definitely return to stay in the same house
This house was lovely. Spotless and was very well equipped to ensure we had a great stay. It was in a perfect location just minutes walk to shops/restaurants. Great decking area out the back with lovely views of the harbour and fully enclosed little garden which was perfect for our dog. Beds were very comfortable!
We had a lovely break at Kittiwake, staying for a few days over Christmas. The location is excellent - peaceful, with lovely views, and just a short walk from the harbour and all the local amenities. It was a perfect base for exploring the area and is close to some fantastic beaches.Kittiwake really is a home from home; clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and the Christmas tree, which made our visit feel extra special. We would happily recommend Kittiwake to anyone looking for a place to stay and would definitely like to return.
House was very nice, clean and very well equipped. Lovely welcome pack. The house is in a good location with great views. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thanks.
Our stay was a family of 6 celebrating a special birthday.
The house is a Town house over 3 floors. It's bright and modern, well equipped and has gorgeous views over Amble Harbour.
The downstairs bedroom was mine and my husband's. The bed was comfy. The En-suite clean. There was no drawer space in this room so apart from hanging up clothes in the wardrobe,we lived out of our suit case.
The kitchen is bright and modern and very well equipped.
Upstairs is a bright modern lounge with plenty of comfy seating for us all to play board games and watch a film at night.
On this floor is the main bathroom and a double room
The top floor has the master bedroom with En-suite and a twin room.
I haven't lived in a town house before so found the kitchen and lounge being on different floors odd.
Our only gripe was that the walls are plaster board and not sound proofed and every single floor board and stair creaked and groaned.
The house is just off the main town Rd and within walking distance of some fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs.
Also within easy driving distance to the coastal attractions.
Overall I would highly recommend this property
Lovely house with plenty of space for all 7 of us. All the equipment we needed was there. Central location. Owners were really helpful and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated
