Beautiful guesthouse set in 35 acre estate with heated pool and tennis court
Ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with cable tv and dvd player. Separate full service kitchen with all amenities. View on the pool and lovely flower beds. The first floor bedroom is very large and can accommodate an extra single bed. The bed is king size, there is a writing desk and chairs, chaise lounge and chest of drawers as well as a walk in closet. In the hall there is a built in washer/dryer. Views over the pool, orchards and forest. En suite bath with hand held shower. Second floor bedroom is quite large and has two small double beds, writing table, comfy chairs, ample storage space and en suite shower room. Spectacular countryside views.

We are a French/American/British family who have owned the property for the past 26 years. We enjoy the peace and tranquiltiy of the property. There is so much to do on the property it possible to not leave the property on a weeks' holiday! Swimming, tennis, hiking, yoga - in a purpose built studio - kids play area, foosball, table tennis and lots of room for croquet and football matches.
We love seeing guests enjoy the property as much as we have over our many years here and making holiday memories of their own.

Why they chose this property
We chose the area because of the spectacular weather, the green and rolling hills, access to the Dordogne River, the beautiful market towns, historic castles and the UNESCO world heritage sites of the prehistoric caves of Lascaux and the exquisite town of St Emilion. For wine enthusiasts one cannot beat the local Bergerac wines and the proximity to the grand cru estates in Bordeaux.
What makes this property unique
Passing through the entrance down the chestnut tree alley is like going back in time to a magical place that is known for its natural beauty and peace and tranquility. It is lovely to have uninteruppted vistas, and so much room to oneself. Wake up in the morning to over 25 species of birds who live on the property. A truly special place for adults and children - something for everyone!
