Delicias is a charming apartment for temporary stays with 2 bedrooms, located very close to the city center and well-connected by public transport. It is fully equipped to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable:

The apartment features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — both with wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a shower and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, and more.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linens, towels, and welcome toiletries — perfect for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

THE AREA

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and offers all necessary services within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more. If you're traveling by train from Atocha or Delicias stations, you can easily walk there.

The Delicias metro and train station is just a 3-minute walk away. Palos de la Frontera station is a 7-minute walk, and Embajadores is 11 minutes away.

From the airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Metro Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna.

Get off at Legazpi and transfer to Line 3 towards Moncloa.

Get off at Delicias and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Delicias and walk to the apartment.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Delicias and walk to the apartment.

If you're arriving by car, please consult the Madrid City Council website to check current traffic and environmental restrictions, as well as information on available parking areas.

Delicias area

The apartment was well located for us (for Madrid Open Tennis). Metro at end of street. Easy access to the Tennis event. Great area, quiet and safe. Neighbours fine. Check in was fine. The only feedback I have is the apartment managers might consider some more guidance re the wifi which had been set to the default SID. caused some confusion . and what to do if the power goes out. We had to use WhatsApp twice to contact them (at cost to us due to no wifi). this would be avoided easily by some basic instructions left in the apartment. The Apartment itself was fine, minimal but adequate cooking facilities; and the location is terrific- supermarkets, coffee shops /bars close by and of course easy access to the Metro at literally the end of the street.

The apartment is not as it appears in the picture. It is very dark and dreary. The hallway of the complex is dark and dreary as well. The apartment is clean but other than that there are very few positives. Each time anyone showered we/they ran out of hot water. We reached out to the owner about an exchange for a different property that might meet our needs better and he did very little to try and accommodate or meet us half way. The neighborhood is not a long walk from some good sights however it does not have much in the way of good restaurants or shops. It appears to be an aging community as well. I would not recommend. Look elsewhere there are much better places for the same price.
