A listed 20 th century heritage site on high floor with a Michelin starred restaurant at the marina. This beautifully and fully renovated modern 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium is located in the heart of the Cote D’Azur, in the city of Villeneuve Loubet. The location is minutes away from Antibes and minutes away from the Nice International Airport. This condo is located in a secure gated building, better known as the Marina Baie Des Anges. The condo offers 180 degree views of the magnificent Mediterranean along with views of yachts, sailboats and city lights of the Promenade Des Anglais, and to the North, you will have views of the countryside and the mountains.

The condo is located on the seventh floor and is a corner unit with a massive terrace offering a wide open view of the Mediterranean Sea. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four people. The couch in the living room is a pull out that sleeps two adults. Sit in the jaccuzzi or relax in the sun on this massive corner terrace, while enjoying your incredible view of the azure and sapphire waters of the Mediterranean. The condo is luxuriously furnished and you will
feel right at home with all accessories available to make your stay
a pleasure and memorable one. Desk with computer and printer on site. Beach towels available.
2 bicycles are available. There is a great bike road that allows you to safely bike to Nice along the beachsite.

No cost was spared in the renovation of this condo that offers million dollar views. It has a new Miele Espresso machine in a fully restored kitchen. There is also a balcony off the main living room that overlooks the Marina and courtyard. There is a new washer/dryer in the main bathroom.

This centrally located condo will allow you access to many nearby destinations, from the mountains to the sea. Whether you want to go hiking/skiing, head to the beach, or walking in nearby quaint towns and cities, you will never run out of things to do. It’s only a 30 minute drive to either Cannes Sur Mer or Monte Carlo/Monaco.

Additionally, the use of a car along with secured parking is available to rent for $325/weekly. The vehicle is a 2012 Renault Clio, 4 door with manual transmission. Driver must have an International driver’s license and proof of insurance. International driver’s license can be purchased at AAA locations in the U.S. for $15.

Garbage closet is in the hallway outside of the apartment near elevator C “Poubelles”
Maintain AC to 25 C or heater at 18C When exiting
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise after11pm per condo rules No bubbles or suntan lotion or Products in jacuzzi and at all times secure the top of the jacuzzi.

The view is amazing,

The terrace is massive with panoramic views. Quietly outside of Nice on the water with plenty of restaurants within walking distance! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful!

Marie’s home was amazing! Stunning views overlooking the Côte d'Azur, the jacuzzi on the spacious patio, and an interior outfitted with everything we needed for our stay - we couldn’t have asked for more! The checkin and checkout process was incredibly easy and her wonderful friend Anthony was kind enough to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The location makes Nice and Antibes extremely convenient, while Cannes and Monte Carlo are also an easy trip. I highly recommend this lovely place for your stay!

Amazing view

We had a wonderful stay at Maire’s apartment in Villeneuve Loubet. The apartment has a fantastic terrace with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean. It’s beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, shops and many restaurants as well as public transport. The host Maire was very welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Maire’s apartment to anyone looking for a delightful place on the Cote d’Azur.

My husband & I had an unforgettable 3 night stay at this stunning condo. The views were absolutely breathtaking-waking up to the sight of the Mediterranean & enjoying sunsets from the balcony while soaking in the hot tub!The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated & well-equipped w/everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The host, Marie, was exceptional--she was incredibly communicative & always available w/suggestions to help accommodate our stay. Marie surprised us when we arrived with a bottle of champagne & a thoughtful card in celebration of our anniversary. The personal touch made our stay extra special! Magnificent Mediterranean!!

A fabulous home away from home. The view is stunning. Marie is a great host. The location can’t be beat. Centrally located on the Riviera, convenient to many restaurants for all day dining and shopping, near the train all while on the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea.

Nous avons été déçu surtout sur la propreté de l'appartement, bien que nous soyons arrivés 1 h avant pour la remise des clés. "le ménage" venait d'être terminé car le sol était encore mouillé et surtout très glissant. Il ne séchait pas, il a fallu que relave le sol en rinçant plus de 5 fois, l'eau était toujours aussi sale et beaucoup de mousse. Risque de chute. Après plus de 8 h de route c'est vraiment navrant de devoir faire le ménage dans une location à ce prix la, le comble, le jacuzzi n'était pas nettoyé. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location. Seule la vue coté mer était agréable.

Traumhafter Ausblick und tolle Lage

Die Wohnung von Marie ist super gelegen und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Man sieht den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergag perfekt von der Terrasse aus. Auch der Whirlpool ist ein echtes Highlight. Aufgrund der neuen Putzfrau war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht optimal sauber, aber das kann schon mal passieren. Vielen Dank an Marie für die tolle Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Idéal pour un séjour à 2 pour quelques jours

Bon accueil de la part du propriétaire.. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car le temps était trop froid mais elle est très belle. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des restaurants car confinement. On testera un jour dans un contexte plus favorable.

un agréable séjour

Ce fut un agréable séjour dans un cadre charmant. On ne peut qu'apprécier la vue à couper le souffle sur la méditerranée. Certes le bien n'est pas grand mais reste très fonctionnel.on a bien profité du jacuzzi. Seul bémol est l'absence de volets roulants ou de stores occultants empêchants toute possibilité de grasse matinée mais la propriétaire a promis d'y remédier. Je ne peux d'ailleurs que remercier la propriétaire de son amabilité. Marie est quelqu'un qui est à l'écoute comme en témoigne ses réponses rapides aux messages. Elle a décoré son interieur avec beaucoup de goût. Les cinq étoiles sont bien méritées.

A holiday in style with a view to kill for!

We rented Marie’s spectacular condo during two weeks in August and had a great time. The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, and thankfully all rooms have AC. The small terrace facing the sea directly is a nice, peaceful complement to the main attraction, the enormous terrace with the jacuzzi that lets you admire the view to Nice along the coastline, and up the mountains on the other side. Although not physically present, Marie is great as a host, responding very quickly to messages and helping sort out small things. Situated between Antibes and Cagnes sur Mer, having a car is certainly helpful. We had our own but otherwise Marie offers one for daily rent which is also great. You can however access both beaches and grocery shops (a small one for your daily needs or the really big Geant Casino a but further away) by foot or with one of the two bikes that are also provided. For those enjoying a holiday in style with fantastic views, and sipping a nice glass of champagne (that Marie had provided for on our check-in!) whilst enjoying the stretch of lights along the sea all the way to Nice, there is no better place!
