The property was in a great location with short, easy, walkable access to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The managers, Pat & George, were extremely service oriented! When we arrived hours ahead of the checkin time, they arranged for our bags to be stored. We were greeting with welcome supplies of a fresh baguette, cheese, tomatoes, juice, and milk. With the good weather, we enjoyed time on the decks.Pat and George were great communicators, professional and thoughtful. They made the checkin and checkout process easy & efficient. The property was clean with a nice level of amenities. Good water pressure and comfortable beds.Staying at a great property definitely enhanced our time in Nice.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and had every amenity we needed. Our hosts George and Pat were wonderful. Upon arriving we were greeted with a baguette, cheese, wine and even a bottle of milk. And you cannot beat the location. Pat even helped us find a van that could fit all of our suitcases for our departure. We can't wait to go again! Thank you, June, Pat and George.

Everything was excellent. Only 2 minutes to the Promenade des Angles but the apartment was so quiet.Very large balcony with comfortable seating.We have been to Nice many times and this is the best accommodation we have had, hope to return.

This place was a great place to stay in Nice. Just steps away from the beach and shops. The kitchen had everything to cook with and it was fun to use the spacious balconies to eat outside where it overlooked the beautiful gardens below. Pat met us to hand over the keys and show us around the property. She was great!

This ideally located apartment provides a well-equipped, comfortable base to explore Nice. The secure building is excellent, with its lovely courtyard, and there’s a wonderful selection of restaurants in close proximity, as well as every other amenity. Property manager Pat is a delight and owner June is very responsive and easy to deal with.

We were a group of 4 Americans on our first trip to Nice. Everything from the check in to checkout was excellent. Pat the property manager met us on arrival and was the most delightful person. She showed us to the apartment, gave us all the information and instructions, and gave us a basic outline of the area. Speaking of the area, this apartment is in a fabulous location. We felt very safe and the location is very quiet as you are in a building located inside an interior courtyard. From the apartment you can connect through an interior corridor right out to the Promenade and beach area, or you can exit on Rue De France and be at any restaurant you can imagine in a 2 minute walk. We even ran into Pat on morning as we were having breakfast on Rue de France and she recognized us and we had a nice visit. The apartment is 2 bedrooms and a nice den area with a well appointed kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. One of the balconies is off the kitchen side and one off the den. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedding was comfortable and slept well. The apartment felt clean and well taken care of. If you want a perfect location and VRBO for a small group or family I would definitely recommend this apartment.

This was the ideal place for our 60th birthday holiday abroad. The apartment is very clean very spacious and very secure. It's location couldn't be better it's in just the right place for everything to do in Nice and very quiet.The apartment is just a couple of minutes from the promenade and rue de France with all its bars and restaurants.Plenty of reliable buses to get you around using a Lignes dAzur card.Thanks to Pat for all the communication and getting us settled in.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

This was the 5th different apartment we have rented in this building over the years and it was by far the best. It was excellent in every way and the apartment manager was of great assistance for anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking it again.
