Charming little villa 200 meters from the ocean, completely renovated

Our fully renovated home is a 50-square-meter townhouse spread over two floors. The ground floor features a living room and a kitchenette. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The house sleeps 4, and a travel cot for younger children is available upon request (sheets and a pillow for the travel cot are not provided). The kitchen, as well as the bedrooms and bathroom, is brand new and equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a high chair for younger children. The house also has a washing machine.



Outside, there is a patio overlooking the private garden where you can relax on comfortable lounge chairs, enjoy a peaceful meal, and, if you’d like, have a barbecue.



The cottage is located within the Calaverde Residence, nestled in a lush and peaceful pine forest just 200 metres from a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal-clear water. The beach is easily accessible—just a 5-minute walk, even with strollers. The beach also features a beachfront kiosk-bar where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas.



The famous and beautiful beaches of Chia are just a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque town of Pula is 8 km away (a 15-minute drive), while Cagliari is 40 km away (a 30–40-minute drive).

Inside the residence, there is a playground for children, a swimming pool (open in July and August), two tennis courts, a bocce court, and a small marina (where you can rent inflatable boats to visit the surrounding coves). Use of the swimming pool and tennis courts requires a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available inside the house. In the summer, a pizzeria is open within the residence. The supermarket is located just outside the residence and is within walking distance.



Near the residence, you’ll find restaurants and agritourism establishments where you can enjoy excellent traditional local dishes. The reserved parking space within the residence is located 50 metres from the house (you’ll be provided with a key to open the automatic gate for access to the residence).
