Maui Sunset A310 - 1BR, 2BA Oceanview New King Bed

A310 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanview condo at Maui Sunset Resort which is the perfect vacation home. The resort is oceanfront and has a large swimming pool, hot tub, a shuffleboard court, putting green, and gorgeous gardens and grounds. There are also gas BBQ grills and an exercise room. The resort consists of two buildings with the pool and beautiful courtyard in the middle. Each building has two elevators. Enjoy the pool with a shallow end for small children or relax on a lounge by the pool or in the jet spa.

Our beautiful 1 bedroom condo features 2 baths both with walk in showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king bed and there is a sofa sleeper and a twin sized daybed in the living room. All towels (including beach towels) and linens are provided. Complete laundry facilities in our condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We have air conditioning in the living room and bedroom as well as ceiling fans. There is a wide-screen TV and we offer free internet. The large 112 square foot private lanai has a great view overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds to the ocean. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or watch whales in the winter months. We also provide beach mats and chairs.

The beds were not great but it was awesome to have 2 bathrooms. The courtyard is beautiful and the easy walk to the beach was nice. The beach gear in the closet was super helpful. We were given the wrong room number and door code, ended up barging in on another party! We were all suprised and confused but Terry responded quickly and got it sorted out. However, my friend was panicked the rest of the trip about keeping the deadbolt locked in case someone else was given the code to our room as well. She locked me out several times.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom was our saving grace during a very warm week in August. The air conditioning in the living room couldn’t quite keep up with the heat so our family spent a lot of time in master bedroom to cool down. This property was clean and we really appreciated the day bed so each of our kids had their own sleeping space. Our favorite thing about this property was the accessibility to the beach to watch the sunsets.

Fantastic grounds! We absolutely loved being walking distance to the pool. We also loved being able to walk to Akami Coffee Co every morning. The beach at the property is rockier than we would have liked but going to Kamaole I, II, or III was an easy task. We loved the property, the interior of 310A had everything we needed - a view of the ocean, washer and dryer, 3 beds and amenities for cooking. We would absolutely book this again!
