Barbara's family was a delight to host. Our cleaners said the place was immaculate. I accidently hit 4 instead of 5 when reviewing. This group was definitely a 5 star rating all around. I would highly recommend them to any other hosts. The kids were great and you didn't even know they were there. Only saw them outside via the security cam. No complaints from the neighbors about any noise, The family seemed to be busy and really took great care of our place. We would host them anytime in the future and hope that they would come back again.

Great for Visiting the Area

This house was perfect for us. We (party of six, including four kids ranging 13 - 18 yrs. old) stayed here while visiting family in the area, and it had everything we needed. It's well appointed with amenities, and it was a terrific location for us. The homeowner was great and helpful, too. If you stay here, I hope you have the time to enjoy the back patio! It's a cozy little spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail, and you may see a few chipmunks or bunnies out there!

Yes, a remodel including new windows, patio doors, paint, bathrooms is scheduled for Spring of 2020. The neighborhood is updating as well.

Nice house and location but eating together was a struggle

Everything was great, if I can point out a weakness of the property is the kitchen/eating area. There is only a 4 person table in a house that fits 10 people. We had 8 in the house so eating together was impossible.

There is an extra card table and 4 chairs in the front closet for use. We will make sure future guests are aware of this. A larger kitchen/dining table would be a tight fit, but we will explore possible options. Thank you.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed staying at this home while waiting for renovations to our new home to be completed. The house was clean and tidy and offered everything my family of 4 (2 young kids) needed during our stay. Oh- and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The owners are very lovely people, clearly concerned about the comfort of their guests. Communication was easy and they were readily available to answer any question. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors. I would not hesitate recommending this home stay to anyone and would definitely come back if we needed a temp home for some reason. Thank you for helping making our move to a new home a bit easier.

Fantastic home away from home

I love my stay. The host Chris was easy to talk to. Very prompt to respond via text or call. The house was very comfortable and Ronny more than enough space for me and my family. Yes it sleeps 11. The backyard is perfect for a small gathering. The owner Chris even had his grill assembled for us. I was so surprised. The kitchen has some of the Essentials you'll need for cooking. From spices to aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Not to mention pots pans and cooking utensils. Master bedroom is so big and comfortable. I can't say enough about this home away from home. . But it was prefect for me to reveal the gender of my first grand daughter to her parent and our family Do I recommend this home? YES YES YES!!!! Thank you so very much Chris and Kathy

Comfortable home with easy access to local amenities. Bathrooms could use an overhaul and the house itself is noisy, creaky floors and thin walls, but it worked just fine for our group. Comfy beds & communicative host.

All the comforts of home

This house was the perfect gathering space for our out-of-town family celebrating my son's college graduation weekend. Plenty of space inside and out for individual privacy as well as group fun. Kitchen is well stocked, property manager is easy to work with and proactive on communication. Would definitely recommend!

Christmas in Naperville

Stayed with family here over Christmas. Two didn't come as they couldn't fly due to Covid. Great location close to shopping and food, close to I88 and 355. Well stocked kitchen and paper goods.

Floors are creeky, no mirrors in most of the rooms, thermostat is hard to adjust temperature, rusty

Rusty bars in the closet, door windows dusty and dirty behind the screen lots of dust. Over all average 1-10 you fall on level 5. I can’t recommend it.

Great place for extended stays

Highly recommend this Vrbo! This home was perfect for our needs! The layout is large and comfortable for the size of the home. The backyard was delightful. We were pleasantly surprised with a perfect view of fireworks on one of the nights we stayed! We had very good communication with the owner. We added on two extra days to our stay because we were so Comfortable. Thank you we will be planning another visit for sure.

Wedding Weekend

Our family spent 3 nights in this home during a wedding weekend and it was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of common space to enjoy wonderful family time in the kitchen, dining and outdoor space. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. The location was minutes from the venue and central enough to get to stores when needed but also quiet enough to enjoy a walk through the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I purchased this property in 2009 to be close to North Central college, which I played college football for, was my first property, and quite honestly, still my crown jewel and I have the most nostalgic memories within. Nestled walking distance from restaurants, downtown Naperville, the metra station, I-88, and within 10 miles of 5 major universities and colleges, this property is located as centrally and you could possibly want in the west suburbs outside of Chicago.

What makes this property unique

walking distance to downtown Naperville, close to North Central College, Benedictine Univ, Wheaton Univ, Aurora Univ, and college of DuPage... a 10 minute walk to the metra station and only a 30 minute train ride into downtown Chicago. 3 parks within 5 minute walk.
Beautiful and quaint downtown Naperville with a revitalized RiverWalk. Lots of restaurants and shops.
