This attractive Victorian cottage rests in Wareham, Dorset and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Elm Villa is a fabulous Victorian cottage nestled in the town of Wareham, Dorset. Hosting three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom, this property can sleep six guests. The ground floor is home to a cloakroom/utility room, a kitchen, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with an electric fire and a sunroom. Outside there is a side courtyard and a lawned area, as well as a designated parking space for one car. Elm Villa makes a fantastic base from which to explore Dorset. Please note- Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on furniture or to be left unattended in the property.
Please note- Garden is enclosed but not secure.
Please note: Window cleaner visits property once a month to clean the outside of the windows.

Sitting within reaching distance of the South West Coast Path, the town makes a wonderful setting for any holiday to Dorset. Filled with charming pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as a well-stocked supermarket, visitors to the area will not want for anything. A short drive will take you to the towns of Bournemouth and Weymouth, or spend your days on scenic strolls along the Studland and Godlingston Heath National Nature Reserve.

The house is spacious, clean and well thought out. It had some of the original features such as wood burners, and coving. Kitchen has everything you need. Lounge very comfortable although tv could be slightly bigger. Beds great, big pillows a bit ‘lumpy’. Plastic covers on the mattress and quilt which is not the best during a heatwave! Garden small and furniture very old and uncomfortable. Needs updating
