No recomentation because of unacceptable noises

Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. You can also hear if everyone takes a shower in the flats above. Furthermore, the pumping of the condensation water from the system of of the air condition is so loud that your ears almost fall off when it is running. Conclusion, the stay in this flat was not relaxing.

Dear Volker, Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. Regarding the noise of the water, it is normal since it runs through the building itself. We understand that you may be more sensitive to noise and that this may disturb you. We are extremely sorry that for this reason your stay was not pleasant and that you were not able to enjoy the space and amenities it offers. Best Regards Gema M.

Mille mercis!
