The ClubHouse In The Heart Of Chagrin Falls.

The ClubHouse of Chagrin Falls is in the Heart of our turn of the last century village a mere block from downtown. Its a 1400 square foot cottage, funky but chic and fun, originally built in 1851. The bedrooms are small, but the living space gracious with the open floor plan with plenty of natural light supplied by the 7 skylights trough out the home. Chagrin Falls is an authentic midwestern town, with a vibrant shopping scene and 11 wonderful restaurants, an historic hardware store and a state of the art Heinens fine grocery store. The Popcorn Shop is a national landmark. There are dozens of fine boutiques and art stores. The Chagrin Valley Little Theater is a gem as well.

I'm the proprietor of the Chagrin Falls Popcorn Shop, a local icon in the village since 1949, located right on the falls. I'm divorced and live with my redheaded girlfriend, a 5 year old Brittany Spaniel.

The ClubHouse is located as close as your gonna get to the center of the village with access to 10 restaurants, a terrific boutique grocery store and historical hardware store, plenty of boutique clothing stores and charm.
