About this property

CHAGRIN FALLS rental - 5 min walk to town. 3 bedrooms & 1 bath.

Inside this century home: recommend for families, max of 4 guests.
On the 1st floor- living room, kitchen w granite kitchen countertops, new appliances, kitchen table, king bedroom, and bathroom. Only 1 bathroom - in between the kitchen and master bedroom.
On the 2nd floor- 2 bedrooms both with queen beds - shorter ceilings upstairs (starts 7 feet high and slope down to 5+ feet). House has central air - runs on a NEST app - bedrooms upstairs do not get as cool/warm but have a window AC unit. It sleeps comfortably - fans are provided for the upstairs rooms as well as the window AC unit.

The outside:
Front porch w fenced in front yard with flowers all around. (Weather pending of course... great place to people watch and relax.)
The driveway is a single lane drive - back of drive is currently being worked on. (When fixed -small and midsize vehicles can turn around in the back of the drive.)
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean kitchen sink, counter and stove top.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No gatherings/ parties. House sleeps 6 people but I prefer no more than 4 - general wear and tear along w expenses. Additional fee for more guests.
Keep breezeway door connecting to kitchen and garage closed, if air/heat are on - it will keep the house cooler/warmer pending on the season.
Leave kitchen benches inside at all times. NO SMOKING on property. Shoes off inside. No pets.
