We love this first floor condo that is so close to the pool. We’ve stayed here several times. It has all that’s needed for a long weekend away. The only negative is that a local cat with long hair has made a home on the patio furniture .

We love this condo! The location is great, just walk over the street and you are on babes beach the property has also two pools that are very nice. Condo itself has everything you need and beds are. Wry comfortable. We have stayed here in the past and will stay again in the future, highly recommend!

The property was nice and staff was friendly. Communication with the host was excellent. Rated 4 stars because wished it had more than 4 wash cloths. We had to wash daily to have enough towels.

We have stayed at the Dawn previously, but really enjoyed this unit due to bottom floor while traveling with an elderly adult! Very clean unit and well maintained!

Very nice condo. Beds were super comfortable and nicely decorated. A few minor things - the water doesn’t work on the refrigerator door but the ice does(?). Needs a little touch up here and there but overall was very nice.
