Property facing south. Panoramic view. With a private swimming pool and direct access to the marina. 1 minute walk from the pretty beach of Cala d'Or and 2 minutes from the center of the village and its friendly atmosphere with its shops, bars, restaurants...

The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms (i.e. 8 beds) with reverse air conditioning, each with its own shower room & wc. Upstairs are the large living room with ceiling fans, the library office and the fireplace lounge, the large kitchen bar open to the dining room as well as the sunny terrace with lounge area and outdoor dining room, all overlook a superb view of fishing and pleasure boats.
