Très bien situé, très bien équipé et aménagé, le logement nous a beaucoup plus. L' isolation phonique avec les voisins du dessus est moyenne, mais nous avons passé plus de temps à l'extérieur qu a l'intérieur, ce n' était pas trop gênant. L' hôte, pascal est très sympa. Je recommande cette location.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie in der Ferienwohnung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Uns fehlte an nichts. Lise und Pascal sind sehr nett und freundlich. Lise spricht ein wenig deutsch. Danke für die schöne Zeit!!!

Tolles Objekt, aber ….

Die Lage und das Objekt selbst sind großartig. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und enthält alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Aber: einige Dinge sind mit Zusatzkosten verbunden, die wir dem Inserat nicht entnehmen konnten (Bettwäsche, Endreinigung, Parkplatz (Garage)). Wem das nicht stört, dem können wir dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Très agréable séjour à Dinard chez Lise et Pascal

Notre famille a passé un très agréable séjour à Dinard dans ce bel appartement rénové avec goût. Pascal nous a gentiment accueilli, gestes barrières respectés. L’appartement très lumineux avec son petit balcon a une vue dégagée sur un parc et est idéalement placé entre le centre de Dinard et Saint Enogat... à 10 min à pied max! Nous recommandons cette jolie adresse !

Superbe appartement

Appartement flambant neuf, extrêmement bien équipé et rénové avec beaucoup de goût! L'emplacement est idéal avec tous les commerces de proximité situés à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Nous avons passe un séjour parfait à explorer la côte d’Émeraude. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps!

Appartement moderne et cosy

Les photos reflètent vraiment l'ambiance moderne et design de l'appartement. Idéalement situé au calme et à 5mn à pied du centre ville de Dinard. L'appartement vient d’être refait et le propriétaire n'a pas lésiné sur la qualité de l'équipement et de la décoration. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
