 The apartment of 43 m2 has been completely renovated, independent DRC located in an old Dinard house, entrance, fully equipped kitchen, south facing living room with TV screen 80cm, freebox and free wifi, ground floor bedroom 1 double bed 160x200 or 2 single beds and storage, + 1 sleeping area mezzanine height 0. 70m with a double bed 160x200 or 2 single beds. bathroom, washing machine, closed garage.
Rental located 500 m from the beaches and 300 m of shops and market Dinard.

Neighborhood: in the heart of Dinard, this quiet street in one direction, located at the foot of the park of Tourelles, you will access in 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, market.
It is also an ideal starting point for all your walks by the sea, and discovery of Dinard and its surroundings.
ATTENTION: a deposit of 800 € will be asked on the day of your arrival (by check or cash)

We are waiting for the housing to be respected, made in good condition and clean. A current cleaning service is optional (45 €).
Damaged parts must be replaced.
The bed linen is provided free of charge from 7 nights booked, optional it is possible to have bed linen for € 10 for a double.
Tenants must take out personal insurance or have insurance "civil liability family head.

Chouette appartement

Un joli appartement au centre ville, décoré avec beaucoup de gout , un garage ,idéal pour y laisser nos vélos. Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire ,qui nous a bien renseigné sur les lieux à voir. Un conseil: foncez ! vous ne serez pas déçus.

Die kleine und sehr schöne Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Die Strände und der Markt lassen sich schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter Lise und Pascal waren äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer sehr schönen Stadt

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast in dem Apartment und sehr angetan von unsererm Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt von dem Zentrum und dem zentralen Strand. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Unsere Kinder waren von ihrem besonderen Schlafplatz mit Ausblick begeistert. Optimal war die Parkgelegenheit in der Garage im Hof und die Ausstattung der Küche. Größe der Dusche und die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sind sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage im Ort mit wenig Verkehr ist ebenfalls noch positiv zu erwähnen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und engagiert einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Der Kontakt ist jederzeit einfach möglich.

Très beau logement, très lumineux, très bien équipé, conforme aux photos présentées et idéalement placé. Idéal pour couple (avec deux enfants si disponibles :-) ). Accueil chaleureux de Pascal qui prodigue d'excellents conseils. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement ! A réserver sans hésitation, les yeux fermés (ce qui est prersque dommage tant is est beau !)

Fantastic apartment!

We stayed for a week and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is just as pictured and was spotlessly clean. Things that would have improved our stay slightly: More than one tea towel and dishwasher tablet for the week. Not being asked for €500 cash deposit - HomeAway.com need to fix this like their competitors. Getting such a large sum back in a different currency at the end of your trip is useless to guests as they will need to sell back the currency at a loss. Otherwise, the hosts were good, communication was good and the apartment was great! Thank you very much :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très joli appartement idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied des plages. Le logement était parfaitement propre, très joli et bien équipé.
